My Landroid mower has stopped working. There were early warning signs, and I contacted support at that time. Initially, the service was satisfactory and support staff asked relevant questions while we attempted to troubleshoot the issue. However, approximately two weeks ago the mower completely stopped functioning.

I asked whether a loan mower could be provided, or if a contractor could maintain my yard while the mower is being repaired under warranty. I received no assistance with this request, and my follow-up email has gone unanswered for an entire week.

The after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again. Compared to my previous robot mower, this one performed well at first, but after a software update it began getting stuck repeatedly and even started digging into healthy sections of lawn. It feels as though these issues are designed to encourage customers to purchase additional accessories. Overall, I would not recommend any of their products.

Not sure as to whether my review will be correct as the charger I received was incorrect for the battery I have. So far they have been very helpful and I am sending the charger back. I am awaiting the outcome as to whether my money is refunded.

I have 15 different types of tools from worx. Plus about 20 batteries. Only two problems 1 hydrashot water gurnie, the other hydrashor blower. Both replaced no problems. Office girl realy friendly delt with her on both actions. Products so far great living on acreage chain saw, jaw saw, pole saw, blowers, water gurnie, hamer drills, circular saw,jig saw,oscillating saw,nailgun, paint sprayer.I could do with a few more.

Nice cheap products with a great discount meaning I got the box set for cheaper than the individual item I needed. Shipping was fast and the comms great. Products seem ok on first use, only time will tell.

Well, idk why your system was flagged my billing address as "fraud" but instead saying so to customer, you can ask it in better way right? Furthermore, i clearly put the address with unit number, however, i think since your system flagged me as "fraud" and have the order placed manually, and the address details was entered incomplete which causing the post office to contact me for the unit number to be delivered. I am lucky to have a full due diligent PO guys who personally contact me for the address details. What if he simply return the product back to Worx?

Right from my initial email enquiry regarding a part for my older WORX whipper snipper to placing the order, and then receiving the part within 1 week. Was super happy with their effortless and efficient service.

I was very happy to receive excellent service from the young lady at Worx Australia, when my trusty line trimmer suddenly stopped working. As it was still under warranty, I was immediately offered a replacement line trimmer. I was very impressed with the kind and efficient service.
