Having read all the previous negative reviews from others they are all correct when IAA are in the wrong they dont care no customer service to talk of their attitude its our fault but you wear the cost two bad experiences this year 1 was buying a vehicle that at time of collection had been heavily stripped and parts sold of it they fought tooth and nail to deny responsibility but were caught out by CCTV 2nd damage on the vehicle i purchased not in the ad pics clearly done in their yard still dny deny deny, got your money go away attitude AVOID this company at all costs.

Bought countless cars from here now and the chat staff are always super helpful. Rebecca and Georgia are both always very swift and polite.

Terrible customer service and double standards (-100 rating)
​Terrible customer service and complete disregard for customers (-100 rating). My collection was cancelled due to a broken forklift at their Gloucester site. While they are extremely quick to charge daily storage/late fees if a customer is delayed, when the delay is entirely their fault, they take zero responsibility and refuse to answer basic questions.
​They promised to notify me when the issue was resolved, but I received zero updates for 3 weeks until I started actively chasing them myself. When I asked simple, direct questions in their support chat about why they failed to inform me and when the forklift was actually fixed, the support agents literally avoided answering, gave canned template responses, and eventually just left/ignored the chat.
​The fact that I am relatively new to this platform does not mean I should be treated with disrespect. If a customer delays anything, penalties apply immediately, but when their incompetence causes losses and wasted time, they just act like everything is fine and refuse to provide information.
​Completely unprofessional approach. Avoid if you expect proper communication and fairness.
