I had a couple of problems with my account that were preventing me from bidding. I went on line and spoke to Rebecca who sorted everything out within minutes with no hassle. She made it so easy and stress free I was amazed how life can sometimes be so simple when you expect a headache.

I recently purchased a vehicle through IAA UK Auctions and found the bidding process easy to follow. The vehicle details and total price were clearly set out, so I knew what I was buying and what I needed to pay. I’m pleased with the purchase so far and look forward to collecting the car.

Absolutely disgusting company all they do is steal your hard hurnt money and sell ilegal doggy cars .they dont care what they sell u u have not got a leg to stand on when it comes to there terrible customer service. Please take notice of this review and steer clear of iaa u will not come out on top

I bought a vehicle- 26 / 4246218 which was listed as a semi-automatic yet it was a manual transmission. The staff at Bury’s St Edmund site acknowledged the fundamental misrepresentation as they acknowledged that indeed it was a factual error from the auctions administration- 3 staff members including some guy who was said to be the regional manager present noted this. However, i was directed to log a formal complaint with the online chat team & shockingly they refused liability- directing me to clauses and basically accusing me of not doing due diligence. I was advised that no refund was possible. Now am stuck with an expensive manual car yet I wanted an automatic car for my 16year old daughter. Am disappointed

IAA/SYNETIQ Salvage Auctions are the same SCAMMERS i won a vehicle Reg VN70 AZF Corsa F as a category X None Damaged car..However i did a HPI check before payment i discovered to see it was a categorized S structure damaged in 2022. I never paid as it was falsely described misleading they suspended my account. I made them aware of there mistake they told me it was my fault.
IAA/SYNETIQ Re-advertised the same vehicle again without rectifying the category of the vehicle in the advert. Some other poor buyer will get stung
