Three months after after the 2 year…

Three months after the 2 year Audibel warranty lapsed, the rechargeable batteries failed to stay charged a full 8 hour day! Initially they stayed charged a full 12hours. Upon presenting the aids to Audibel, they told me the rechargeable batteries are not covered under their warranty. New batteries cost $399 each!! That is absurd!!! They would not do anything for me! Rechargeable hearing aid batteries are less than a tenth of that cost on the internet! What a rip off!!

A change for life..

Where do I begin, Audibel hearing Healthcare have literally changed my life just a little over three years ago. I’m in my 40s and was in need of some serious help. I’ve missed out on so many great conversations because of my hearing. My situation , I dealt with a lot of noise in the environment of which I worked for over 16yrs and also had a onset hearing loss that was hereditary, so I was a prime candidate for hearing aids. I never looked back. The office in Alexandria is the one I use. Front the front desk , all the way to the offices in the back. They are genuine and so ready to help you on your journey to a better life literally. Kat is awesome, she’s the one that does the hearing test and works until you are satisfied. It doesn’t get any better. I hope I helped someone to choose a better life not just for them but the family and friends that you love. Take the plunge….

I've known Dave at Audibel for 10…

I've known Dave at Audibel for 10 years, hearing aids are a little pricy but his service is fantastic, I went in for batteries and didn,t get away till he'd cleaned and checked my hearing aids, he also cleaned the wax from my ears all at no cost to me, thanks David.

Michael at the rock hill office is the…

Michael at the rock hill office is the best. He is very very helpful. I am an 80 year old man and Michael is very patient with helping me understand my new hearing aids. Michael is always willing to help me no matter how many times I ask for help. These new hearing aids are the best. I have known Michael many years and he always advises me on the best equipment for my hearing loss. I am very happy with Michael, audibel, and my new hearing aids. Leo

I pay 300.00 for a repair just after…

I pay 300.00 for a repair just after year Expired. Not a happy customer, so they gave me a gift certificate for half of cost. After 11/2 yr. Later they mailed me the 300.00 bill again saying it was past due. There billing department is horrible.

Arrived 10 minutes early for 2 pm…

Arrived 10 minutes early for my friends 2 pm appointment, paperwork done and at 2:11pm the dr comes out in to the waiting room and states I am waiting for a person who is late. So we are here and we have to wait for someone who isn’t even here and is running late??? Won’t be recommending Audibel to anyone!

HI i bought there hearing aids i paid…

HI i bought there hearing aids i paid $10.000 and they are broken i went to VA and got a pair they are great Audibel are very bad don"t buy from them .They will screw you .

Mark Stevenson @American Family has my back.

Mark Stevenson @American Family has given me great service. Many times I would visit and have my old hearing aid cleaned and tested. Mark was always there for me.
When I lost my old hearing aid Mark suggested I buy an Audibel. It fits perfect and we are in the testing mode, wearing it and trying all 4 setups. Next Friday we will make adjustments so everything is perfect.

I have had my aids for less than 3…

I have had my aids for less than 3 years, and the right one has been in the shop 4 times and the left 1 time. For the amount of money paid the quality is not good.
The dealer that I purchased from have been very good about their service, but when you have an over priced inferior product to work with it is tough to keep your cool.

Had to replace one hearing aide that…

Had to replace one hearing aide that was lost when my husband took mask off and didn't know until later, could not find it, call Audible at Sunset Point and 19 N Clearwater, Robert had him another one in 2 days to replace it and gave him a great deal on it, thank goodness they have insurance to cover some lost on the Aids, they are the best people to deal with don't give you no problems always ready to help, he and Alexa always very professional and customer service is great with them. I would recommend them to anyone they are the best if you need hearing aides. Thank you Robert and Alexa for helping him to hear.

I am waiting for the second time that…

I am waiting for the second time that my right hearing aid to be replaced. I purchased a set of VIA 1600R hearing aids on 6/2/2020. My insurance has been filed incorrectly. I paid in full for my hearing aids, the insurance paperwork was sent requesting payment to Audibel which makes it impossible for me to receive payment until they correct my claim. I contacted Audibel in Port Charlotte today, if this isn't corrected soon I will have to pay interest on $4000.00 that I charged to my Credit Card. I am disappointed in the hearing aids and the service, I wish that I had not made this purchase.

Robert at audible on Sunset and 19 N. Amazing Katealien1

I am using Rober at audible on Sunset in Clearwater, fla and he and Alexa are awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. They sure make you confident and comfortable. Extremely pleased with patience and help they have extended. I’m a very hard and trying because hearing is very complicated. I have tried other hearing aides and not one company (Robert) had the technology. I’m thrilled and thankful. Katherine

I do not even want to give the 1 star

I do not even want to give the 1 star. We purchased these for my husband and as soon as the warranty was up the service went from just ok, to extremely terrible at the affiliate level. I will admit that the company I have not dealt with but based on my affiliate level lack of service, will not be recommending this product to anyone.

I am happy with my hearing aids

I am happy with my hearing aids, my only thing is one of mine fell and would not work, after paying $4000.00 for them they should be covered for more than 1 year and then it was $400.00 more to fix it. I feel this is outrageous. Thank you

Worth six dollars nevermind six thousand dollars!

My 86 year old father has been trying to get these hearing aids that he paid six thousand dollars for to work ever since he bought them. They are in the shop being fixed 90% of the time, 8% of the time they are on the counter because they are not working and the other 2% of the time they work as they should. The Audibel technician say they are going to do something to make them work better but after waiting long periods of time while in the shop, they come back in the same condition as when they left. He told us the last time he was going to put stronger longer wires on because my Dad has a large head, but when they came back they had the same wires as before and they only stayed working for a few days. These units are not worth six dollars nevermind six thousand dollars!

Thought it was pretty cool to have an…

Thought it was pretty cool to have an online hearing test. Long time waiting since I've had severe hearing loss pretty much my entire life. I was however dissapointed in the results given after I completed the test. I could care less about statistics on hearing loss worldwide or in my country. All I care about is my own hearing and the hearing aid that I have. I was hoping to see some kind of graph of such so I could compare results for later use or with and without my aid. Similar to what I would get in an office hearing test. This isn't rocket science. You either hear it or you don't. A computer knows exactly what decibels it is putting out. So it is all dependent on the quality of the ear buds or speakers. Still the results will be close to a real test.
