Excellent service.
Kind, empathetic member of staff.
Very thorough and patient in her examination.
Very punctual, in spite of poor weather.
Head office sending an immediate next appointment 12 months in advance is perhaps a little inappropriate.

a helpful experience
I was made to feel comfortable. I felt that I had the full attention of those attending to me. I was given a clear understanding at every stage of the process. It was a very thorough examination of my hearing. I did not feel under any pressure to buy at any time.

A great experience!
From start to finish the experience was great! I was nervous Initially, but my nerves were settled very quickly by a very friendly receptionist (think she was called Heather) who passed me over to a very friendly and attentive audiologists (Marie Anne, if my memory serves me right?!)
It was my first hearing test in a VERY long time, and it went swimmingly-if you are in any dough I’d say, don’t hesitate in booking with this crowd, they are excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Good advice given previously about keeping ear wax levels below such that would prevent the ear test going ahead.
