We received accurate information by phone about location, parking and directions. This proved very helpful. The reception was warm and welcoming. After some chat, I was given an ear examination. This showed one ear was blocked. Arrangements were made for wax removal and this ended the visit.

My experience with Hidden Hearing was excellent. From the moment my wife and I went in the door until we came out. Izzy on reception made us coffee and Sean, the audiologist, who was very professional and very friendly, had great patience explaining everything to my technophobic brain.
I recommended the company to my sister who has since made an appointment.
