I received an excellent, friendly service from all the team at the Bexleyheath branch. The wax removal procedure was explained well and I was put at ease. The relief is immediate and I would certainly recommend it. I just wish I'd done it sooner...

I’ve had several appointments at the clinic in Bexleyheath. They have always been on time, explained exactly what was going to happen and used very modern hi-tech equipment. In addition to supplying new hearing aids they have expertly de-waxed my ears as and when required. I’d certainly recommend the staff at Bexleyheath.

Good experience
Very pleasant experience, after making an appointment Hidden Hearing sent an email to confirm and also rang the day before, really well organised.
Yejide (the audiologist) was lovely, informative, and very helpful, would highly recommend. The reception staff were also lovely and friendly.
