I have been suffering with blocked ears for a while and following a recommendation from a friend I booked an appointment with Hidden Hearing. Debbie was very thorough and explained everything to me. The end result is what I hoped for and will be back for a check up in 6 months.

Thoroughly professional service from Patrick. Made to feel at ease and all of my questions were explained fully. Custom fitted and the offer to come back for any adjustments to the hearing aids. Recommend you visit, you will be welcomed by Eva who looks after you as soon as you arrive.

Attended for my follow-up appointment and as always Patrick was very professional and thorough. He checked that the aids were working properly, made a few minor adjustments, answered all my questions and again showed me how to change the filters and domes. It is always a pleasure to see the team who always make you feel welcome. The receptionist Eva is always very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. I recommend Hidden Hearing very highly.

The specialist Sharon Richards was excellent, I have been to a few places in the past but would definitely go back to hidden hearing.

I have been visiting and purchasing Hearing aids for some years now. Today was one of my regular sixth monthly visits. Patrick has been looking after my needs since my first visit and has always suggested the aids that would best suit my hearing loss.

I have been delighted with the staff at Brentwood branch, Essex, who have been consistently very helpful with support both in the original fitting and subsequent visits, particularly when I lost one of my Aids last year, and in ensuring regular de-waxing - again particular when one ear became infected recently. I am recommending their service when occasions occur.

I took a day off work (and as I am self employed lost a days earnings) to attend an appointment. After waiting I was told I could not have a hearing test as my wife was not with me. At no time during the booking process was I told it was mandatory to be accompanied, had they done so I would never have booked…. I had a budget of £8,000 for hearing aids, plus, no doubt, the ongoing maintenance and consumables. A complete waste of time and lost income for both them and me.

The lady who did my assessment was very helpful and friendly she advised me to contact my GP as she will contact him about my hearing problem. A few days later i received a copy of the letter she had sent to my GP i contacted my GP but he informed me that he had not yet received it but would contact me when he had read the letter. Thanks for your help.😊😊

My husband just had an appointment with hidden hearing in Braintree Essex.
Wax removal is not something out GP offers and the cost varies dramatically. We found the staff very friendly and explained everything well and the price was reasonably too
