Upon entering greeted by the lovely Francesca . Kind considerate and welcome. The professional ear wax remover Abigail was thoughtful respectful and attentive to any questions. Truly professional. I would recommend this company for its experience professionally group of people. Still shocked at the amount of wax removed. Felt like the Grand Canyon of wax.

We were very impressed with the new premises but most impressed by Rosie who has a real passion for her job. This shines through her knowledge and personality and the way she addressed my husband’s hearing issues. Would seriously recommend Hidden Hearing and Rosie Aylward!

Quick, concise and honest advice

The staff were friendly, informative and professional; faultless.

Professional set up however the hearing tests were, in my view, may have corrupted responses due to
1.Distracting external noise from outside the consulting room.
2. The request to repeat phrases given in a non British accent or regional dialect.
3. In the test where there is white noise with sirens. There was a repeated beep which could have been the start of the siren or not. Distracting the pure outcome desired from a test.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly.

They took great pains to explain the process of the forthcoming tests & paperwork, making sure that I understood everything & giving me the opportunity to ask any questions. This gave me confidence in the firm.

Booked a wax removal at the newly-opened Bristol branch. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Friendly welcome followed by an excellent appointment with Abi. She was very patient as it took 3 sessions to remove all the wax! She gave me oil to soften the wax in the meantime. Very friendly with professional equipment and clinic but above all, I’m now wax-free!

What a fantastic experience with Hidden Hearing. I am so grateful to Rosie who was able to explain my sudden hearing loss in really understandable terms so I now realise why I've been struggling for 9 months to hear the most simple sounds. The tests are very thorough which was really reassuring. Rosie was professional, kind and sensitive when it came to talking about my hearing.
