Audika - Cardiff Avis 

I recently had a free hearing check and it found that my ears where full of wax the specialist that treated me recommended that I have my ears cleaned out. He booked an appointment for me and will check my hearing after the ears have been cleared, I was pleased with the specialist and found him to be very professional.

My dad had new hearing aids after having his others for over 5 years.
He has always felt special when he comes to seem them for anything.
This time I went with him and from the time we were greeted at the door to having a detailed examination with Jaime nothing was to much trouble.
The lady on reception has outstanding customer care and remembers everyone as individuals and makes them feel special.
Jaime also made you feel special relaxed and comfortable going through everything he was doing and answering every question we had with great knowledge.
Brilliant company and would recommend them to anyone.

Really good customer service at Cardiff office. Looked after by Jamie. Thorough test and follow up meetings to ensure everything was right. Delighted with my new hearing aids, they have significantly improved my hearing compared to my previous ones.

The therapist arrived on time. She is very efficient and at the same time, friendly and supportive. She answered all my questions and made sure that I understood. I look forward to her next visit.

Good service, happy with the service

I found Mr Cox the audiologist very helpful, he explained the working of the aids I used and the functions very well. The after sales service is very good also.

Another great experience, having my new hearing aids tested and fitted. Audiologist Esther patiently, fitted and tested my new hearing aids ,and advised me of ways to improve the quality of my hearing using the appropriate App.
