Very helpful with diagnosing ear fungus infection brilliant service and friendly staff wax and other stuff removed from my left ear thanks and advice to say when I go visit my doctor

This was my first visit to Hidden Hearing. I was very impressed. Mandy on reception was very welcoming. The audiologist, Grace, was patient and clearly explained everything she did l, what I needed to do and then what her finding were. I felt no pressure and felt confident that I had all the facts to take forward what she had said.

Booked online for a ear wax removal appointment. On the day was greeted by friendly staff, didn't have to wait for my appointment.
Jan was brilliant from start to finish. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. My ears were definitely a challenge, but Jan managed to remove all the wax without any discomfort. She has also given me some advice to take away to help things in the future. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing Chesterfield.

I found all the staff very helpful . Grace , who conducted the hearing test was excellent with a good sense of humour ! Although my hearing is not what it was I decided to leave it for the time being and there
was no pressure to go ahead. I left a free man !!!! to be retested in 6 months time.......

Had earwax removed. By Jan in Chesterfield. She was pleasant ran through all possible risks before starting.
It took over an hour as my ear canals are an unusual shape.
Jan was professional but lighthearted and I felt at ease throughout.

Jan was absolutely fantastic I can't fault the service I was given. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Jan was extremely informative and really knew her job well. My issue with my ears has been resolved and I feel much better. I highly recommend.
