Last week l attended my yearly checkup at Hidden Hearing (Deal)
I wear double hearing aids, first camera in both ears to check wax and everything is ok then full hearing test to check for any alterations.
She then cleaned my hearing aids and added new plastic wires and updated hearing aids on computer.
I am over the moon with the service Hidden Hearing gives me l don’t know were l would be without my hearing aids and the great service

Very good wax clearance
Very good wax clearance. The wax was difficult to remove. A screening audiogram was carried out. This showed improvement
Both the reception & audiologist were helpful & kind.
I will book in again when needed

Wow what a difference!
From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and every procedure was explained in detail along with potential costs if I were to proceed. I was told that I had lost approx. 70% or hearing in my right ear and 20% in my left. Being very sceptical I thought that was that but after being fitted with two hearing aids the difference was amazing, I could hear (too well) in both ears having to ask if the volume could be turned down. I am 77 years old and living on a pension although I could afford the cost can I justify it, if I was 10 years younger no contest. I was put under no pressure to sign and left to make up my own mind in my own time. I was told I could bluetooth these things to my phone or any other suitable device how trendy would that be!

I had a very thorough examination when…
I had a very thorough examination when I went for ear wax removal. She was very clear in what she said which was brilliant as I was quite deaf! She showed me pictures before and after the wax removal. She then did a short hearing test and referred me for a more in-depth one as I didn’t do well on this one. Excellent service and lovely staff.

After my local surgery stopped doing…
After my local surgery stopped doing hearing treatments I've had hearing problems for years. So was nervous making an appointment with Hidden Hearing in Deal, but was met with a welcome and treated very well. The lady that examined and treated my ears knew her stuff and explained everything really well. The tech they use to check your ears and even show you is really cool. Thank you kindly.
