The whole team, Gaye, Ben and Belinda, have been incredibly helpful. They have all, in different ways, gone the extra mile to help me with my hearing aids. They were recommended to me by a friend and they have exceeded my expectations.

Belinda was very kind and professional - I had lost all hearing for over a month and she managed to restore me back to full hearing in one session. Highly recommend. Steady hands like a surgeon!

A few of weeks ago whilst having my annual hearing review with Ben at Hidden Hearing Eastbourne I enquired about a possible upgrade, although I was very happy with my current hearing aid I am aware over the years technology moves on very quick, Ben informed me that there has been upgrades to the tech and could make me a current hearing aid which I could trial for a couple of weeks, I went back and had the fitting and straight away the difference was amazing and instant! everything is so much clearer and in noisier situations like meetings and pubs/restaurants the back ground noise is not so prominent and can hear the people directly around you much better, it is a game changer from the aid I had and cant thank Ben and his team enough for the amazing work they do that really does change peoples quality of life, Thank you Ben and also a big thank you to Gaye on reception, always a pleasure to see her!

My husband had digital hearing aids from the NHS but his hearing was still unsatisfactory, no filtering of sounds and only seemed to work on one side.
We decided to give Hidden Hearing a try and straightaway felt confident that we'd made the right decision.
Gaye in reception was so welcoming and immediately put us at ease, while Ben took us through to his treatment room, where he tested John's hearing before patiently explaining every aspect of the aids.
We're both very happy with the improvement to our lives that having the correct aids has made and would recommend Hidden Hearing wholeheartedly.

The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. Ben, the audiologist was competent and professional. He was very good at explaining each step of the examination and he showed the result, then and there. He was very helpful

I was on my way to rehearsal at The Grove Theatre Eastbourne when I realised that my hearing aid wasn’t working as well as it should be and unfortunately I left my cleaning kit at home. I popped into Hidden Hearing and explained my plight and I was given excellent customer service by Gaye who went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing, I felt I had made a good friend and was made to feel so welcome, I will definitely consider Hidden Hearing in the future when I need to purchase a new hearing aid. It was a great relief to have the wax removed from my ear. The whole procedure in the Eastbourne clinic was very professional and efficient. The cost included ensuring both ears were wax free as well as a hearing test, with aftercare advice.

Gaye was extremely helpful. I took a hearing aid to her which didn’t appear to be working and she helped me in minutes and showed me how to change the filters. Thank you
