However, I feel that the premises especially the toilet needs a makeover.

It's guid tae talk.When comes tae hearing!
Been going for years and was furst time I got a speech test,furst time the hear,hearing loss was explained tae me.And alway thought an aid made no difference when in my left ear(wear one in my right)until I was asked tae try these new behing the ear once.And what a difference it made.So need tae think if I'm going tae upgrade?

The understanding of the problem with my hearing was quickly worked out. There was no hard sell to provide me with a hearing aid that I don't quite need at least at the moment. Excellent service.
