David Mathison of Falkirk is well suited to his role. I had a thorough test as I have congenital hearing loss for high frequency and wanted to check out if anything had changed (whether modern technology could help). He explained everything and also recognised I knew a lot about hearing. My visit provided me with current information and recognition that aids still were not suitable. If congenital hearing loss then this permanent condition can't be replaced with an aid.
He did touch on possible cochlear implants.
Anyone worried about their hearing should go and be tested. Knowledge is always power and gives you facts to deal with.

1st class experience
David was extremely helpful and thorough with my father and following all the in depth tests recommended him the best hearing aids which have made a huge difference to his quality of life.
Danielle was very pleasant and friendly and very helpful and made us all feel very relaxed.

Pardon eh what och I missed that
From the time I entered Hidden Hearing, I knew this was a special company. I was warmly greeted and shown into a room where we were invited to sit. Ignition, a full discussion in what was required of me. Thirty minutes passed, I was told what was wrong and what was required of me. I will certainly be passing this on to fellow "auld yins"of me. I knew I had been fully tested,and nothing was too much to be answered.First time I had been to one of these invites and felt this WAS a place where help was there for all. I'm deef but happy. Strange thing to say ,but to have a session with "Hidden Hearing "explains all.Thank you "Hidden Hearing " Pardon. Eh and other replies.

Staff are very friendly polite and professional I have had ear suction before and had them syringed but this is the best I have felt after I can now hear 200% better than I did before I went in would recommend to any body to go to hidden hearing for this treatment

The expertise shown to me by David in Falkirk was exceptional. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone thinking of purchasing hearing aids. I am able to hear things I haven’t heard in years since contracting meningitis which damaged my hearing. The time and patience David shown to me was second to none. The staff are also very friendly and efficient.

Kirsty in Falkirk was really lovely and provided me a great experience.
I had my ear wax removed in both ears by Kirsty. She was really lovely and explained the procedure very thoroughly. She made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She was really nice to chat to and I would definitely be back.

Very happy with my treatment at the Falkirk branch, it has transformed my hearing for the better. Andrew who did the treatment was friendly, explained everything very clearly and the treatment was completely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely pain free and effective
I've had ear wax removed by the old method since the '80's. Messy and never really convinced my ears were clear. Had my appointment yesterday. Andy explained the process and showed me before and after pictures. Certainly pain-free and would recommend.
