I received a warm welcome upon arrival, and was offered refreshments. Comfortable, calm waiting room. Exceptionally clean. Lovely staff, would definitely recommend. Superb customer service.

Zan audiologist at Westgate Audika Halifax was efficient, friendly and courteous. My husband and I were seen together, unfortunately I had to remake my appointment because I need my right ear that's quite clogged with wax cleared first.
So my visit was short and sweet, and my husband's visit was brief too because he has no problems hearing.

All staff from reception to the audiologist are friendly & efficient. They all put you at ease & the audiologist fully explained what she was doing throughout. I would recommend the Halifax branch to anyone

What a friendly experience
From meeting the young lady in reception to going to the audiologist I was met with friendly faces and a warm welcome.In this day and age that means a lot to a potential customer.Big thankyou to both people who looked after me.

Very professional
Very professional, explained all options, considerate of mums age without being patronising, no pressure to purchase or make follow up appointment, receptive to mum wanting to go away and consider the options as discussed and return in her own time.

Excellent Customer Service
The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble , outstanding Customer service wouldn’t go anywhere else .
The shop is spotless nice waiting area and always offered a drink whilst waiting .
