The lady I saw was so reassuring and professional as it was the first time I had wax removed . She made the whole process comfortable and easy. I would recommend this firm whole heartedly.

Attempt to overcharge
Visited me - talked their talk and and quoted me £5400 for a new pair I could buy for under £3000 elsewhere !! They are taking advantage of old people’s trust, vulnerability and ignorance of the pricing to massively overcharge them. Check the price with a professional audiologist or hearingaid.org.uk before you sign their contract.

I had both my ears cleaned this morning…
I had both my ears cleaned this morning and it was very straight-forward and quite enjoyable. The person who did it - Debbie - was very friendly and explained what would happen. She showed me a photo of the insides of each ear before and after, and also explained that if a second visit was needed to clean out the ears it was free - fortunately I didn't need a second visit and everything went very well. I was very pleased with my experience

Positive experience of ear wax removal
I had an earwax removal session with Debbie and I could not recommend her more. She was very friendly, professional and welcoming. She talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Debbie removed all the earwax that I had in both of my ears within about 15 minutes and my hearing feels much better than I've experienced in many years. I highly recommend coming to Debbie for ear wax removal.

I would highly recommend Hidden hearing.
Put off getting my hearing sorted out for years and finally visited Hidden hearing in Ipswich, changed my life as I was not aware how bad it was, now got hearing aids and I am Very happy with the excellent and professional service I received .
