I am very happy with the service I get from Eleanor and Fareeha, as I was with Mike. I thought the aids (more 3) were working satisfactorily however, when I was in background noise I could just about hear the person next to me. The new hearing aids (real 1) dispensed by Fareeha, have been much better. The volume is much higher, my tv at home has gone from 68 to 25. I cannot fault them. Very happy indeed.

Excellent service, great rapport with Audiologist Fareeha, very informative. Hearing aids are better than I had imagined, great bonus being able to connect to music and audio books via bluetooth. Will make travels alot easier rather than fussing about with earphones.

I had a hearing consultation with Fareeha Khan, decided to go ahead with the hearing aids. The quality is exceptional much better than my previous pair from boots which gave me a lot of interference. No feedback with these at all. Impressive 👍

Hidden Hearing is a gem that my husband and I found. He went to have ear wax removed and had very professionally follow up for his hearing since. The staff were excellent. The ambience of their office in Leicester is pleasant and it's a joy to be in. All in all, if you need to have your hearing checked- Hidden Hearing is the place to go to.

A very warm welcoming clinic, nice cup of coffee on entry. I’ve been coming since 2014. I purchased the aids so I can hear my parrot! Can hear him crystal clear.
Fareeha in particular has been brilliant, the Bluetooth aids enable me to hear the call from upstairs when I’ve left my phone downstairs! Fabulous service I look forward to my visits.

Purchased the latest instruments, they're fantastic. The hearing test and service by Fareeha Khan has been very thorough, I went to specsavers and boots for a test they didn't compare to Hidden Hearing!

I visited hearings in Leicester City Centre because I wasn't hearing anything in one of my hearing aids.

I was able to see the technician after a short wait and as soon as I explained my problem to him, he knew what was required. He sorted out the problem and showed me what to do if this problem comes up again. While there he also checked to see if there was wax in my ears and made sure all was well with me.
The service I got was second to none as it was much better than the previous company I was with.

so far I am pleased with the service I have been getting from Hidden Hearing. They have been patient with me and provided answers and guidance that I needed.

I have been fitted with my new rechargeable hearing aids, they sound wonderful. The service by Fareeha and Anne has been exemplary.

Fareeha Khan was absolutely brilliant. Very patient with me especially with the technology. From the first hearing aid test to fitting every visit was handled with care. Holly the receptionist is pleasant and very helpful. I needed to have some funding from a charity and they helped with letters and reports to enable this. Really pleased with the results. This is the 3rd pair I have had since 2011 and they are far the best. Thank you.

Fareeha in the Leicester branch is a really lovely person who certainly knows everything there is to know to make people feel relaxed confident and at ease.
Many of my friends wear hearing aids but unfortunately not from Hidden Hearing and they all complain. No one is entirely happy like I am.
