The practitioner was friendly and very professional.
She explained about the procedure for removing ear wax and the method used before carrying out the action. She used great care during the process and showed me the photos taken before and after the procedure as testament to the result.

My follow up appointment was great. It’s so reassuring to know I’m getting regular check-ups. My hearing aids were adjusted after my hearing test showed how much change there had been and they are as good as new with speech and tv sounding really clear again. So helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Wendy Green was amazing when she saw me on Wednesday afternoon. Very understanding, explained things through and put me at ease. Explained how to manage my ear wax and to not be worried. I could not recommend her highly enough and believe she deserves 5*.

I went to Hidden Hearing and they were able to fit me in then and there. The lady I saw was Wendy and she was very professional and did a good job of suctioning my ears.

Had an appointment with Sue at the Loughton office.She was punctional, tidy and very professional. Some of the testing equipment was faulty so we could not test my middle ear hearing. She gave me a good overview of the diifferent hearing aids and also the opportunity to try a specific model. I did however find tbe devices really expensive for what they. Decidec to put purchasing on tbe backburner for now...
