Ear syringing
Hi. I had my ears syringed last week with Wendy. Would highly recommend Wendy was informative explained everything before she did it. Gave me a hearing test. It’s the second time I have been. Good efficient service

Microsuction appointment
I booked to have microsuction as my ears were very blocked. Wendy was absolutely lovely. She asked me lots of questions before we began and then explained the procedure in great detail before we started and also talked me through the process as she was doing it. She was so patient and gentle and took her time doing the job and didn’t rush us out when it was finished.

Wendy at Loughton is professional and friendly. She explained the procedure comprehensively and took extra care once she was aware of a recent ear procedure I’d had. My appointment went smoothly and I would not hesitate to return to Hidden Hearing again in the future.

They do not even bother to answer the phone or respond to voicemail.
Their service is terrible.
Post event note. Was called by very helpful customer services agent who promised to assist with complaint. I was quickly contacted by the branch who have sorted the issue.
Normal good service resumed!

Excellent service and very pleasant experience
I had a great experience at Hidden Hearing. I went in for an ear was removal and was seen by Wendy who was incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease. I was also given a full hearing screening test which I wasn't expecting but was very pleased to have. I would be very happy to recommend this clinic and will definitely be booking here for my next wax removal.

Sam and Wendy were very thorough with their examinations and suction procedure. The clinic uses the best equipment to conduct hearing tests and ear wax suction.

‘Sound as a bell”!
I was looked after by Wendy Green at the LOUGHTON, ESSEX branch who took great care throughout the procedure as I have been in pain and discomfort through a build up of wax in one ear. Surprisingly she solved the problem quickly. I was so delighted as I feared it was going to be a problem. She was very professional and I would highly recommend anyone to her
