Hidden hearing have shown great support for me during my hearing loss journey. Yes it costs money, but there is no greater quality than living life to the full and your hearing is a massive part of that.
I would especially like to thank Samatha for her kindness, compassion and honesty over the last year or so,resulting in me purchasing a new set of aids of which has completely changed my involvement in everyday life and therefore improved the overall quality of my life.
You only have one life, live it the best you can!!

I went in for a check up as I thought I was struggling with my hearing
Never having it done before I was very nervous not knowing what to expect but Justine was very knowledgeable and relatable she guided me through the whole process and put my mind at ease turns out there was nothing to worry about it didn’t hurt at all and put my mind at ease after having my ears cleaned and hearing tested. And told I’m totally normal and nothing to worry about.
Can’t recommend hidden hearing enough and Justine is brilliant

I joined Hidden Hearing over 8 years ago and it's been trouble free. I now have the aids that I need and have very much enjoyed the discussion of which direction to take. This is made to measure audiology for me. I tell Darren what I need and he produces it...and he does not try to sell me something that he know I do not want.
Please Darren, don't leave because I'm very fussy as to whom I do business with!

I visited the Maidstone branch and was warmly welcomed. I barely sat down when I was greeted by Justine who was to carry out my ear wax removal and hearing test, she put me at ease straightaway and explained everything thoroughly, she also had a great sense of humour which was great. The procedure was quick and painless. I came away feeling much better. Highly recommend.

An excellent audiologist who listened carefully and carried out a thorough examination and hearing test. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options for renewing my hearing aids without me feeling pressured into anything.

Recently we bought a tv adapter to work in conjunction with hubby’s hearing aids - wow! What a difference it makes.
