Kerry was very pleasant and helpful as always and gave me excellent advice about how to deal with my itchy ears issue. She has written to my GP and I will also be contacting a dermatologist.

Kerry is a great hearing practitioner. She explained in detail how the wax-removal procedure worked, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. The procedure was quick and pain-free! She also advised what I should do in future to keep my ears healthy. Thank you Kerry.

Excellent treatment.
Thorough preliminary examination revealed build up of wax with hearing impaired as a consequence. Appointment to clear wax made for later the same day.
Effective treatment with an excellent result. Follow up visit planned.

Hearing test was very easy and done very efficiently The lady doing the test was very good explained everything they were going to do in detail to my husband and I as it was just my husband getting the test as one of my ears was blocked with wax. Appointment was booked for another day

Mixed feelings.
My hearing test was terminated due to wax in my ear. My fault. However it was a little disappointing that I could not have my ears dewaxed while I was there.
