Audika Shrewsbury is very welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I am absolutely delighted with my hearing aids and the follow-up service. Very highly recommended.

Came in struggling with ear blockages, the staff were so kind and helpful and completely relieved me of my hearing issues. They are attentive, careful, and very friendly. The clinic is very easy to find, and the atmosphere inside is also very nice. Compared to other services offered in Shrewsbury, the pricing here is very fair. Would really recommend to anyone struggling with their hearing. Thank you!

Very pleasant conversations with all the details explained. Use of the computer screen to show my level of hearing problems. Alterations to my hearing aids are spot-on. Also, you have a charming receptionist.

Adrian and all the team have been very helpful after a bad experience with one of your leading competitors. Adrian tested my hearing thoroughly and explained what and why he was doing things, Ive now had my hearing aid for a few days and all is beginning to settle down well. The story so far…….

In early July 26 went into the Shrewsbury store to explore what might be available, after 4 years of frustration with hearing aids supplied by a company more in line with legs and feet, rather than ears!

Week later, initial consultation, very different, very thorough and very professionally conducted. Trial aids provided for a walk around the town to hear the difference. What a difference! Returned to store, thorough explanation of order process, costs, aftercare, warranty etc. Order placed.

About 5 days later, phone call to say new aids in store and fitting appointment made in 2 or 3 days time.

Fitting appointment, and apologies from Aidan and Gemma as shopfitters arrived to complete re-brand. fitting went ahead, hearing and life restored.

Next visit, fortnight after fitting for any adjustments that may be needed. Adrian explored any issues and tweaked/ fixed with clear explanation, again professional throughout.

Back out into reception and Gemma as always, polite, courteous and knowledgable. By the time I’d made the 15 minute journey home, 12 month review appointment on email and in my calendar.
