This was my second time with Hidden Hearing Stafford having attended 18 months ago very successfully they removed all wax carefully & totally painfree! Wonderful team especially Helena on this occasion who was kind, friendly & very professional throughout my treatment!
I feel much more confident now keeping a check on my hearing issues going forward, thank you!

Attended for ear wax removal. Was advised to come back in a week after using the stronger sodium bicarbonate ear drops as wax was impacted. After using just once I lost all hearing in both ears which then progressed to intense throbbing from one ear. I was unable to work and what was worse was due to be married in a week. I phoned to complain and ask why I was not warned this could happen (as it does seem to be quite usual for this type of medication) on 21st March but have not even had the decency of a call back - speaks volumes about the company. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

I am writing to saw how impressed I have been with the skilful and caring approach of Georgina at the Stafford branch. I had been to another firm for wax removal but was not satisfied with the result, so I went to Hidden Hearing primarily for a second opinion. Georgina identified that the problem was not only remaining wax but also a fungus infection. All sorted out now, and I am very pleased with the result! Recommended

I saw Gabriela at the Stafford branch for my annual review, she was extremely polite and professional and could not have been any better with the testing and alterations that she made to my hearing aids.

I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and since it was my first time it was only £25. I went to Stafford for ear wax removal and although it was very stubborn in one ear, she persevered and completely removed the wax. Highly recommended.
