I had micro-suction to remove my ear wax. The lady who did it was very professional and efficient. She was also very friendly and personable. I can now hear again and the discomfort has gone. I would highly recommend the service.

I have already given this place 5 stars for service, and I stand by that. I have just booked another appointment, 14 months after the first one.

But PLEASE could they sort out their booking system, so people can book and pay online! Having already answered various questions online, I found it profoundly annoying to have to go through a phone call with someone who stuck rigidly to a script and asked all the same questions again. If I wanted to talk, I would have phoned the booking number in the first place!

And why can payment only be taken over the phone? As it happens, I was at home, but generally I don’t like giving card details over the phone, and would rather have used PayPal.

Emily is a credit to your company, she was pleasant helpfull and very profesional in all she did.

First time having wax removal so didn’t know what to expect but hidden hearing and Chloe in particular was so amazing and comforting explaining everything they were doing and why which made me feel so at ease! Just called in here on spec as was suffering with ear blockage, they said they could help me straight away,
I was introduced to chloe who recommended micro suction, this took about 30 mins and was a complete success, hearing restored i felt so much better,
Chloe was very professional throughout and explained everything.

Follow up appointment after wax removal in the summer. Another build up of wax in both ears, although not aware of any effect on my hearing. Mandy was able to successfully remove the wax and immediately hearing became "cleaner" and clearer - best words I can use to describe. Mandy is careful and very skilful, explains everything fully and I have absolute confidence in her tackling what had become a recurring problem for me. Was recommended by a friend and this is the go-to place for us.

Absolutely wonderful service from hidden earring. I was booked in for ear wax removable. Mandy , explained the whole process of the procedure, it transpired how the treatment was not required as I had an ear infection.

Each time, Mandy has patiently and thoroughly cleared my ears, transforming my hearing from muffled and distant, to crystal clear. I saw Mandy in the York branch of Hidden Hearing for wax removal. She couldn't have been more professional and talked me through every step of the way. The wax was successfully removed and I was also given a hearing test which was covered in the cost. First class service.

I had incredibly blocked ears most of my life and I put off going to an appointment for years. And since I have gone I really find I have gather my hearing back. The person who I saw; Mandy did a fantastic job at completely removing years of buildup which had bothered for way too long. No I definitely feel like I can properly hear again and it’s all thanks to her great work. She herself is very professional and caring when on the job, making sure your 100% fine all of the time. And end of the day she does the best job she can (and does so) I whole heartedly recommend HH if you have any issues with wax buildup as they will eventually get it all out.
