Avn is a great work environment professional people as well contractors who get the jobs done.

It is my first time working in AV, and I have learned A ALOT from the people I work with; from the CEO, the COO/CFO, my team, and even from other departments. Every one in this company is willing to share their knowledge and they take time to teach you what you need to know, what needs to be done, and I have never enjoyed working like this before! AVN is one of the best, and I am very blessed to be part of this team.

Have been working with AVN for almost 3 years, and I could not imagine working for another company. From the Operations Dept to the Recruitment Dept, my supervisors and managers made sure the transition was smooth and got all the help I needed.AVN takes care of it's people.

My experience with AVN would have been so much better if it hadn’t been for the booker they hired, Roman Ashford.

Roman Ashford, the booker, tried to not pay me for one of the days I worked for AVN, and acted like he was incapable of helping. I called AVN and spoke to HR who solved the problem and made sure I was paid for the days worked. The company is reasonable and I would have not had any bad experience if it wasn’t for immature bookers like Roman Ashford.

As an independent contractor, I have the outstanding ability to pick and choose which companies I will work for. Audio Visual Nation without a doubt is one of the best to work for. Every person on the show is made to feel appreciated and is treated with respect. Teamwork is always present and anyone that is not willing to be on a team will be asked to leave. I've been looking for a good audio visual company to help with my live stream shows that I have been performing. They helped set me up and provided a ton of support. They monitored everything to make sure that everyone who was tuning in from any device could see, and they even helped me monetize the live stream with special ads. They were super professional and understanding, especially in these COVID times. I will be hiring them for all of my AV needs. AVN is definitely one of the best in the business.

The challenges of this past year regarding the pandemic left my team with no choice, but to adapt. We previously had no experience with live streaming, which led me to Audio Visual Nation. Working with the AVN team was a breeze and allowed us to avoid laying off employees and actually shifting our services to a virtual business model. Our new streaming events have run flawlessly thanks to Audio Visual Nation and we now plan to expand this avenue in a post Covid-19 world. I highly recommend this company, I’m not sure this could have been made possible without them!
