Very positive purchase of Onkron 50"-80" Mobile TV Stand
Purchased the Onkron 50" - 80" Mobile TV Cart. I had a very positive purchase experience. Their website is very easy to navigate or you can talk to a live person to help you choose the right product. Shipping is very fast. The quality and workmanship of this mobile TV stand is outstanding. Onkron uses very high quality parts. It was very easy to put together. The instruction booklet is easy to understand, pictures are included and parts are nicely separated and labeled. The box it is delivered in is quite heavy, but that's because of the heavy duty parts they use. I would definitely purchase from Onkron again.

Damaged Order - No response
My order arrived with a significant number of missing pieces and parts all over the box.
I have reached out to Onkron 3 times via email and 2 times via phone call to get a return label and refund and have not received a response back yet.

Bolts may not fit properly
TV stands are strong and heavy. I think they will last forever. However, the supplied bolts for the stand were painted black excessively, making it impossible to thread 4 of the bolts. I had to actually rethread the hole for the bolt to get them to fit. By that time, every bolt was stripped and I had to constantly coat them with oil and lubricant and use a monkey wrench to drive them, AFTER I rethreaded the holes. This took 2 hours for the 8 bolt holes. Plus they give you ZERO extra bolts. So you have to use the ones you strip. Very happy with the product. Very unhappy with the sloppy coating on the holes and bolts.

Love it so far!
Pretty heavy duty and a bit of work for one person to put together solo. However, it works great and manages my large monitor with ease and love having a remote to adjust.

Your site is extremely hard to use
Your site is extremely hard to use. I placed my order and before I could even get a confirmation number it was pushing other items on me so now when my order arrives I will be forced to send back items that I did not want. Hopefully I will receive a full refund for those items
