Worst Product Ever but Even Worse Customer Service
The only reason I am writing this as a 1 star is because I can not go any lower. I accidentally purchased an item which was my fault. But it said send an email so I did to get a refund and they will contact you. Never got an email back so I followed up and still nothing. Then the thing actually came to my house and I sent another email and still did not respond so I was pretty much forced to make it. I made it and it looks even worse than the pictures show. Horrible product, even worse customer service which I wouldn't even think possible. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs and buy it somewhere else. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

Bought a defective lift chair from this company through Hone Depot. Tge chair stopped working after a few months and when I contacted Home Depot they said it was a Bestier problem. Well, the company is overseas abd they kept sending out parts that did not fix the problem. Finally after 6 months of going back and forth I asked for a new chair or refund. Their answer was sending more parts that don't work! Buyer beware!!!!!

I like the cabinet and fireplace
I like the cabinet and fireplace, but the remote stopped working less than 2 weeks from me getting the item installed. So I have to manually operate the fireplace.

Purchased a "standing desk" from Bestier from Walmart.
Directions were COMPLETELY wrong, and I've put together my share of "flat pack furniture" in my life to know that CAD CAM products don't get screwed up in transit, it's the CAD CAM's operator that gets the settings/measurements TOTALLY WRONG. HOLES IN THE WRONG PLACE. BOLTS WITH SNAP OFF HEADS, THEY ARE SO SHODDY! THE QUALITY OF CHEAP CHINESE CRAP HAS TO STOP. NOW I'M GLAD THAT THERE'S A 50% TARRIFF ON CHINA.
And now? Even Walmart won't carry their crap. Utter crap.

Confusing directions and Pressed Wood that breaks easily
do you like buying Ikea products where you can spend days putting things together. Bestier is the same or worse. And they say they respond to emails in 24 hours since they don't even have any phone support. Don't believe it. They have not responded to anything and the directions and hundreds of parts are tedious and confusing. Lastly , the displays that look like wood and pressed wood so don't drop even one as they break Very easily.

This has been an extremely unprofessional experience. I paid for a service that was never delivered, despite repeated promises and excuses. Staff member Daniel who head the accounts department is very unprofessional taking money without any intention of completing the work. I strongly advise others to avoid this provider.

They were nice and I hadn't received my remote, but they resolved the issue and sent me another remote for my fireplace. Very friendly.
3 months and no repair part
It has taken months and I am still waiting on a repair part. This company has limited shipping areas in the US. I do not recommend them because of their inability to be able to correctly ship a repair part. Slow response in emails, lack of knowledge of what they’re looking at for repair parts of pictures that I sent them what was needed. I definitely will never buy from you again.
L shaped desk
I got a l shaped desk for my room and honestly…I was going to say for the price point it is amazing but it is BETTER than that! It is sturdy, I have had 0 problems with it and best of all the panel is all wood not hex cardboard like ikea (similar price point if you diy it)

This set looks so great in our outdoor living space. The ease of assembly made everything just that more rewarding. We are looking to get more items from this company.

I found Bestier's customer service excellent. My product arrived in a damaged, torn box with a part missing. After contacting the supplier regarding the issue on the day of delivery, I was directed to Bestier who responded the same day. Within 24 hours my issue was dealt with resolved and I received a partial income.

By far the worst customer service.
The boxes aren’t packaged well & Fedex can care less. My box arrived completely damaged missing hardware & cushions.
I reached out to customer service sent in photos & was told to give it 2 days they’d either send out the missing pieces or send a new order. They took several days to get back to me. I was then told that they shipped out a new order. I never got a tracking number. Several days later they let me know that the item was out of stock & asked if I wanted a refund. Its been another 3 days & they have yet to issue a refund or answer any of my emails.
I have called them several times with no answer. I then had a friend call and they answered automatically. When I finally spoke to someone she claimed to see all my calls & emails but I guess she decided to just not answer.
Please just buy from a different brand

I just want to thank all of you for the awesome customer service of this inquiry. Not only did I recieve the product discussed in previous emails, I also Recieved it much quicker than expected. This has been the best experience ive experienced of a damaged product that has already been purchased and I just wanted to say thank you.

I needed a replacement RGB controller…
I needed a replacement RGB controller and they were able to find the right one and mail it right over. Even when the courier lost the package they were able to send another one without any hesitation.
