Audi Upgrades fitted a Kufatec Sound Booster Pro (Enhanced) to my Audi Q7 4M (2019). They did an excellent job both in the fitting itself and on the instruction in its use. Will definitely use them again.

I asked Andy to help with my Heater issue in my 2017 A5 Coupe, it had been really bothering me being cold all winter. Over the last few months i had been emailing Andy about issues as i bought the Audi as a treat post Cancer and it had thrown up a few issues in the 7 months of me owning it, he helped every time and i really appreciated that. So i made a booking and when i arrived i was welcomed and shown great hospitality, Andy's knowledge, as other reviews have mentioned on the Audi product is literally second to none. His skill and motivation to help the customer is fantastic, 100% effort is put into all the work he does for his customers. I also had him fit the Auto Hold function and updated my MMI, needless to say all went well and i was delighted. I would 100% recommend Andy to others.

After a long debate with my wife about retrofitting electric seats with memory on her Q5 FY MY2019 and found a full interior with electric memory&massage seats, rear heated seats and multi colour ambient lights I have decided to contact Andy at Audi Upgrades. Few chats with him and making a plan together, I have traveled from Gateshead to him to have all this retrofitted.
Andy retrofitted all mentioned above on a very high standards and everything work as should and look the same as car been like this from factory.
Also on request Andy enabled traffic sign recognition+lane assist and few other extra bits.
Work performed over 12 hours of dedicated and very professional way.

Andy is a great guy. I had an issue with my passenger side window on my Audi S5 and he fixed it no time making sure that everything is fine and that I’m happy with the end result. He even activated traffic sign recognition on the car. I would definitely recommend him to all of the other Audi people I know and would definitely visit him again in the future for other retrofits. 10/10 job!!!

I contacted Andy after reading his excellent reviews for his work for having the reverse camera retrofitted to my Audi A4 & a list as to what else would be available, Andy kindly gave me a list of options and i booked to have
1. Genuine Activation of High Beam Assist – registered to your vehicle with Audi Germany.
2. Genuine Activation of Traffic Sign Recognition – registered to your vehicle with Audi Germany.
3. Installation and Activation of the Genuine A4 Avant Rear View Camera System, with calibration – registered to your vehicle with Audi Germany.
4. Fitting of 2 x Brand New Folding Mirrors, Door Trim Panel and Window control switch with factory coding for Folding Mirrors.
Due to supply issues from Audi for the rear view camera (3 months !!!) during which Andy kept me updated, we booked the car for Friday 20th Jan 2023 when Andy had finally received the camera.
I traveled to Andy's workshop and spent the day with Andy working on my car & answering all my questions throughout and i can in all honesty say that Andy knows his way around Audi`s and his workmanship & knowledge is second to none.
If you want a retrofit carried out on your Audi with the knowledge that it has been done professionally and as Audi would do, then Audi Upgrades is the place to go.

I cannot fault Andy and the amazing word he did to my Audi. He upgraded the standard audio system to the Audi Sound System, which he did quickly and to a very high standard. The workmanship and level of knowledge Andy has is impressive and I’d highly recommend him to anyone considering upgrades to their Audi.

I contacted Andy to supply some original Audi wiring looms for my Audi a6 so I could fit an Amazon firestick to my existing Genuine Audi front and rear seat entertainment system. I had already struggled with the dealers for the parts and info on what I wanted to do, Andy straight away told me he’d sort the parts as he’s done a few before and kindly supplied me with the info for my tv tuner which I was struggling to find.
Will be contacting Andy again soon for a plug and play remote start system that he does for most vehicles and leave a review after I’ve got it running. Thanks Andy

From the initial correspondence with Andy, through to the summary confirmation on what had been done, it was an extremely professional service, end to end. Andy completed a number of services on my Q5 including fitting folding mirrors, updating the MMI software and sat nav maps.

In addition, he also corrected the config on a reverse camera fitted by others including calibration with no charge.

Andy's attention to detail, professionalism, expert knowledge and customer experience is second to none - I have no hesitation to re-use his services in the future.

Excellent from start to finish. Loved my new car but very quickly realised we needed memory seats. Couldn’t find any companies to do this in Scotland so took a punt and contacted Andy to see if he knew anyone. He didn’t but offered to come up and do the work for me.

Lovely guys, really knows his stuff and didn’t mind me being a geek and watching part of the install :)
