Andy was just brilliant! I had the 360 degree camera system installed on my Q4 e-tron. Andy was very patient answering my questions however trivial. He clearly is an expert in what he does, is completely trustworthy, and did an excellent job! Highly recommended.

If you have any upgrade needs to your Audi, Andy is your man. He knows the cars in and out. I needed to install new OEM driver memory seats and in-dashboard advance TPMS on my Audi SQ5. Andy did an impeccable job and treated the car as his own. Highly recommended!

I used Andy recently for the first time to install an LED kit to my TT. He is one of the most friendly, honest & competent professionals I’ve dealt with so far and very transparent throughout the whole process. He’s a stickler for detail and isn’t happy until everything is 110% perfect which only a car enthusiast would appreciate. He even supplied and installed some new card door clips & holders from his own supplies FOC as I had some missing! A pleasure to deal with and very reasonable too. Great experience.

Went to see Andy to fit a tow bar. I wanted OEM on my SQ7, I didn’t want some horrendous Halfords special. Plus I wanted the option to not have it out when the car wasn’t being used to tow. Hey presto found Andy and his special skills. He fitted an Audi tow bar that was extremely impressive and did exactly what I wanted

He is very well skilled and is extremely meticulous when it comes to stripping and rebuilding your precious vehicles. Highly recommended

Second visit to see Andy. First time was to install a OEM tow bar. This time was to remove some halfords nextbase cam which was fitted by the previous owner. As always a second to none hassle free experience. New cam installed using Oem Audi equipment and the car looks good

What an outstanding service you get, i had elec folding mirrors and rev cam fitted, i had previously had front and rear dash cams fitted at Halfords, Andy wasn’t happy about how they routed the wires etc and took it upon himself to tidy them up for me, as well as tidying up the tow bar wiring (done by others)

Andy fixed an issue that had been bothering me with the car since I got it, Apple wireless CarPlay, 20 mins on the phone and it was working, guy is a legend to say the least, car had been at Audi numerous times, update after update, still wouldn’t work, Andy advised purchase an external diagnostic device that allowed coding, 20 mins on phone, whole thing working a treat, I believed Audi when they told me it wasn’t possible to activate, how wrong they were, guy is top class, and extremely professional, I thank him so much, don’t go to Audi, go to this guy, legend!!!

I approached Audi Upgrades as I had wanted to add Side Assist and the 360 camera system to my Audi Q4 e-tron. Andy was able to provide a quote in a timely manner providing me with a comprehensive breakdown of what the work entailed. He kept me up-to-date with when the parts came in and under took the work on the date originally agreed.
The work took a few days and Andy let me know how work was progressing. He even sent photos of the completed work. He was also kind enough to pick me up from the train station when the car was ready to collect.
He ran through how to operate the new upgrades and checked in on me a few weeks later to make sure all was okay.
I'm really pleased with the work and haven't had any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for further work in the future and would happily recommend him.

I brought 2017 Audi A7 from a friend, I was a little disappointed with the spec on my s-line vehicle.

So thought about retro fitting some options to my car, my research directed me to Audi upgrades.

My vehicle is featured on the Audi upgrades YouTube channel, Audi A7 4g project car.

The idea is to retro fit all available options, Andy has been absolutely fantastic, his level of skill and knowledge is amazing, the service I’ve received is the best I’ve encountered.

On top of the peerless retrofits, Andy is such a nice person, he goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you have any VW group car, and require this kind of service, Audi upgrades should be your only port of call.

Sorry for rambling, just want to mention this.

Adaptive cruise control, is my next retrofit. For this I’ve had to replace the abs pump in my vehicle. The unit I brought was a refurbished item, fitted by a local garage. Unfortunately component protection removal, was not an option with them.

Andy, had advised me there would be some issues, lights on the dash ect, as it hadn’t been coded to my car.

Unfortunately my parking sensors stopped working, along with my front and rear cameras. I didn’t feel comfortable driving the car without this functionality, while waiting for my next visit.

So I contacted Andy to see if he could help. I asked if I could bring my car to him (10 hour round trip), I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Andy was fine with this, but suggested sending me a dongle to plug into a laptop. Saving me the 10 hours driving if successful.

Andy, out of hours completely restored my cars full functionality, remotely removing component protection from the abs pump, then coding it to car, removing any and all errors!

It still blows my mind that he was able to do this (remotely)

I concur with all the other reviews. Audi Upgrades is the place to take your Audi. Firstly, Andy is just genuinely a pleasure to do business with. He clearly cares about what he does and ensuring he carries out quality work, including taking a full scan of your car and photographing everything to ensure there are no conflicts. His attention to detail and keeping you informed is second to none. For some retrofits, there will quite possibly be cheaper installers, but they either won't use the correct parts or they won't carry out the right calibration work etc, so for me it's absolute worth it. The high quality of work, does mean there maybe a bit of wait, but again totally worth it. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Audi Upgrades for another work in future. Thanks Andy, much appreciated.

I went to Andy at Audi Upgrades to have memory seats fitted to my SQ5 (2018), a new gear lever cover supplied and fitted, along with some other issues that needed resolving on the SUV.

Andy's levels of service (and communication) are exceptional along with his attention to detail and Andy is highly knowledgeable in terms of Audi vehicles.

All genuine Audi parts are supplied and fitted and his finished work is at OEM level (if not above).

Andy was also flexible on timings and was kind enough to drop and pick me up locally.

Gave him my 1 month old Audi SQ7. After adding night vision, auto watch ghost and boot load pack. The car was very well looked after.

I asked Andy to help with my Heater issue in my 2017 A5 Coupe, it had been really bothering me being cold all winter. Over the last few months i had been emailing Andy about issues as i bought the Audi as a treat post Cancer and it had thrown up a few issues in the 7 months of me owning it, he helped every time and i really appreciated that. After a long debate with my wife about retrofitting electric seats with memory on her Q5 FY MY2019 and found a full interior with electric memory&massage seats, rear heated seats and multi colour ambient lights I have decided to contact Andy at Audi Upgrades. Few chats with him and making a plan together, I have traveled from Gateshead to him to have all this retrofitted.
Andy retrofitted all mentioned above on a very high standards and everything work as should and look the same as car been like this from factory.
Also on request Andy enabled traffic sign recognition+lane assist and few other extra bits.
Work performed over 12 hours of dedicated and very professional way.
