I can’t recommend this mechanic highly enough. I’ve known and used his services for around two years now, and on every occasion I’ve found him to be extremely helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

He seems to be one of, if not the only, person in the Basingstoke area specialising in things such as car key programming and automatic vehicles. He helped me with my 2013 Audi Q3 around two years ago and, more recently, with my mum’s 2014 Ford Focus this year. On both occasions, he was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what he was doing.

One thing that really stood out to me when visiting the premises is how clean, modern and new-looking everything is. You can also see various certificates and qualifications displayed around the room, which immediately gives you confidence that you’re dealing with someone who is properly qualified and takes real pride in his work and business.

Most recently, I also had the pleasure of meeting Elainia at the front desk, who was absolutely lovely — very bubbly, enthusiastic and welcoming. She added such a warm and friendly touch to the experience.

You can genuinely see the hard work, pride and enthusiasm that goes into the business. It’s refreshing to find someone who is not only knowledgeable at what they do, but also takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

I personally wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, professional, qualified and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need his help again.

Daniele is very good indeed. My BMW had elusive key locking faults after a new car battery had been fitted elsewhere. A systematic diagnosis and replacement of a difficult-to-source module rectified the problems. The car was returned in a clean, tidy state and the charges were very reasonable for the extent of work involved. If you have a car key problem, contact The Automotive Expert. Hi ,the end of last year i took my 2012 chevrolet camaro to automotive expert get an airbag light reset .
My car spec is rare , 1 of 2 in uk .
It was not straight forward but Daniele did get to the problem and fixed it . Now every thing works fine .

Outstanding service and professional handling of a tricky situation with my Jag XF today. Dani confronted an unexpected challenge with a belligerent immobiliser which went into shutdown mode.
