The Automotive Expert carried out replacement of two keys for Kia car. It was easy to book and price for two keys was great, half what someone had quoted me for one. I would certainly have no problem recommending this company a great service and price.

I was locked out of my van Daniele came unlock it. He did so promptly with no damage and jump started it for me.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was promptly able to produce a replacement remote locking key fob programmed to my vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

I have an Audi q7 and was having intermittent starting problems. I saw 2 mechanics before Daniele, and neither could tell me what was wrong. I was sent away both times with a faulty car.
Daniele was upfront and honest and said he couldn’t guarantee finding the issue but would 100% try.
Well he did! And he fixed it for an extremely reasonable cost! (I was actually quite surprised how reasonable!!!)
I was kept up to date the whole time. And now have a working car (fingers crossed it stays this way!)

TAE took the time to listen to the scenario on the phone, prompt for a bit more detail and simply pointed out that the Dealership who had quoted $$$ to do the work were at best confused &... that I was probably proficient to action the repair.

TAE was right; the Fuse & Relay box did not contain anything that needed 'reprogramming!' One second-hand part and some elbow grease later... A car back on the road & the faulty parts swapped out.
