I contacted this company to get a new key for our vehicle, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person Daniele who swiftly sourced a key and booked in a time slot for me and a price was agreed. We arrived as required, he took the key from us and began the job, writhing 10 mins he came out and said that the fault was a connection problem and that he could fix our old key rather than pay for a new one!…another 20 mins later everything was fixed…this saved us appx £170! (Car was a Maserati Levante).. So all in all a very honest man, a very efficient man very polite and a great service. I can only recommend this place very highly.

Dan was very efficient with the repairs for my car, the communication was excellent! My car was unable to start and needed a new locking barrel and 2 new keys. From not starting and unable to go anywhere I had my car back the same day and all fixed the following day!

I had a broken car key and they did an inspection and told me the next steps and made me a new car key on the same day in just over an hour. It was fast, good and reliable. Thanks to Daniele. It was really good and recommended it as a go to.

Great service from Daniele, identified the issue quickly, remedied within 2/3 working days (including getting part from Ford). Having been assured, by 2 other mechanics, the cost to repair would be so great it wouldn’t be worth it, I now have a repaired car at a very agreeable price - great job, thanks Daniele!

Early BMWs had soldered battery cages in their sealed car fobs, making it nigh on impossible to change the battery so you have to buy a new one.
I didn't know this until last week when my car told me that the key fob battery needed changing.
Found The Automotive Expert on Google - so many 5 star reviews, I immediately emailed to see if they could help. What fantastic service, a new key fob programmed cheaper than the main dealer and it has a changeable battery for next time.
