Lock Stock Locksmith provided an outstanding service this morning. I called about my patio door not locking properly and he arrived within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the patio door locking mechanism, and carefully adjusted the door so it now opens and locks smoothly. The workmanship was excellent, efficient, and very professional, and he left everything clean and tidy. I had a nightmare moment my son got out the car and left my dog in the car and she stepped on auto door lock. He came out straight away on his day off to help me out with the situation and was very reasonable price for the job. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Martin highly enough. I travelled back nearly 250 miles specifically for him after being told I needed a new ignition barrel for my van in Dorset. He came to me, took his time to figure out the very tricky problem, and did not give up. He was able to patiently work through the problem, and he ultimately fixed the issue with the keys without needing to send off for a new ignition barrel. His professionalism and honesty saved me a lot of stress and expense, and he was able to get my van up and running again the same evening!

He is incredibly professional, trustworthy, and kind. I felt completely safe and confident throughout the entire process, knowing my vehicle was in safe hands. His knowledge, persistence, and attention to detail are excellent, and he clearly takes pride in doing a really good job.

I then also returned to him again for a spare key (which, due to some issues with my van, could have been problematic), and he sorted it perfectly with no issues at all, fitting around my busy schedule.
