I had a very poor experience with this service. I contacted them to replace a lost van key that originally had a flip-style remote. At no point was I asked what type of key I needed, nor was I informed that I had to specify this — something I would have gladly done if given the opportunity.

Instead, they provided a non-flip remote without any consultation or confirmation, and now they’re demanding an extra £120 to correct their mistake. This is unacceptable. Clear communication is a basic expectation in any professional service, and in this case, it was completely lacking.

I find it extremely unprofessional to shift responsibility onto the customer for something that was never discussed. I paid expecting a proper replacement — not an incorrect item followed by a demand for more money.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service.

Quick and professional service from Martin! I lost my only car key, so he came out and got a new one cut and sorted for me. Great guy, and reasonably priced, would highly recommend!

Thank you Martin so much! We had a problem with our external door not locking without a battle! Called Martin at about midday and he was with us within 2 hours! Fixed the problem and did some extra maintenance on the door too.

Martin came to our rescue today as our French door mechanism broke and we couldn’t close the doors allowing the rain to come in. We phoned in the morning and Martin rectified the problem in the afternoon. A polite, tidy worker and I would highly recommend him to everyone

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and Martin in particular. Last week I lost my car keys whilst out shopping and twenty minutes after I called Martin arrived and got me into my car so I could retrieve my house keys.

Today he has visited my home to set up a new electronic key for my car. He is kind, polite and so helpful I would recommend him and the company to everyone. Thank you Martin, you made a stressful situation easier.

Martin is absolutely brilliant! Very efficient and very good at what he does. He got us out of a big problem we had with our car and sorted it straight away, then returned after he found the key fob for our car that we ordered. Would highly recommend martin for any of your key problems!
