I saw Dr Vilanova for an ADHD assessment and would recommend him with 5 stars. He puts you at ease, and is very attentive in listening to your issues with sincerity. I found the whole assessment process to be very clear and straightforward. The sense of validation and understanding from Dr Vilanova made an immediate impact on me during the assessment and this has already given me a profound sense of assurance about myself.

Natascha is brilliant, she is super friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy & smooth. Really thankful for all of her support, you couldn't ask for a better professional to guide you through the process. I would highly recommend her.

Really pleased with my experience with Augmentive and Dr Cross. I had been waiting well over a year to start titration on the NHS and was feeling desperate. When I signed up to Augmentive I was seen on the SAME DAY(!), and started medication within a couple of days. The difference between struggling with ADHD unmedicated and finally feeling 'normal' on Elvanse is money worth paying for.

The handover with my existing report/assessment felt really seamless and Dr Cross was very flexible in his approach to get me to the right dose. Also, all the clinic notes sent to the GP were accurate and detailed. Which helped me finally get Shared Care Approval from my GP, which I'm absolutely delighted about.

Phoebe was also very speedy and efficient in sending me all my paid invoices so that I could claim back with my healthcare cash plan.

Denise K was lovely to speak to, she was very understanding and supportive!

The doctor has given me hope and confidence that he can help me with my anxiety, which has already made me feel much better. He was easy to talk to, very understanding, knowledgeable, and really positive about being able to help

Dr Sawnhey was thorough, sympathetic, listened well and did her best to put me at ease throughout our conversation. She was patient with me, yet kept focused on the gaol and gently guided the conversation forward. Practical yet Kind. She made what I felt would be a very uncomfortable conversation just that bit easier with her manner.

The whole experience with Augmentive has been great. With help from Alexis at the beginning with all the information and forms required before my consultation to the actual assessment itself.
