One of the disadvantages of being an ADHDer is constant anxiety for some. Saying I was anxious before my assessment would be an understatement, however, once the conversation with Dr Hollie Hearfield started she immediately put the nerves to rest. I truly appreciated Dr Hollie's compassion and knowledge on the impacts that perimenopause have on women during this transitional phase of life. In stressful situations I tend to struggle to articulate myself; after mentioning this to Dr Hollie at the start, she tailored the session to accommodate for this which made such a difference. After what feels like a lifetime of being "different", getting my diagnosis is validation and the beginning of understanding what that difference truly means. I would highly recommend Dr Hollie for her profession, compassionate and understanding approach.

I have Mrs Suzanne Hawkins as my prescriber for my ADHD medication. Suzanne is really helpful and knowledgeable. Each appointment I have had with Suzanne has been very thorough, and Suzanne has listened to any worries/concerns I have had. My appointment is always on time, and Suzanne is always so lovely and puts me at ease. Overall a fantastic experience with Berkeley psychiatrists and Suzanne is great!

Dr Stroma Macfarlane assessed me recently for ADHD. Dr Macfarlane was very thorough in her assessment and highly professional but she had a kind and warm disposition. I would highly recommend.

I got an ADHD diagnosis through the NHS Right To Choose pathway. Once I contacted Berkeley Psychiatrists, the process was unexpectedly quick given the general delays in assessments and medication. The doctor was both professional and sympathetic.

The only minor issue is that I thought they would contact me after the NHS referral, yet I had to reach out.

Good response to a minor issue. Generally the clinic is first class and I would recommend to others. There was a minor administrative issue on prescriptions which, once talking to the right support, they have resolved on a very timely basis.

My appointment with Dr David Fearnley was excellent. He was clear, friendly and thorough in his assessment process. Even though I've never had an ADHD assessment before, I felt at ease and very listened to during the whole process. Dr Fearnley brought what I felt was the right balance of diligence and empathy to the appointment, and I thought he communicated his rationale for his decision (no ADHD) extremely well, so I was left with no questions, nor feeling like I was misunderstood. I would recommend him, and the process with Berkeley Psychiatrists to anyone.
