This website is a complete scam

This website is a complete scam. I ordered a barbars chair online 8 weeks ago for £482 and there's been no news since. I have called, emailed, chat and Whatsapp and not a single call has been answered or email responded too.

I have been in touch with other people who have commented on their social media ads reporting the same thing.

The business is registered above a shop in London, and behind its slick frontage, it's a sophisticated e-commerce scam! Just do some research before your spend.

I don’t know what to say

….
I ordered a basin
And 3 salon chairs
Basin I ordered first
Turned up absolutely fine
Ordered 3 chairs turned up my partner was home and they were dumped on my neighbours driveway
And the boxes were soaking wet but it hadn’t been raining all the chairs we put together
Contacted them as 1 of the chairs wasn’t right it was making noises if you sat on it and was really
Wobbly
This was September contacted them it’s now October still haven’t heard back I wont bother whatsapping or phoning again

I’m just annoyed because it’s the customer service that is letting them down and I’m all about supporting a Bussiness
And all I wanted was a new part or a new chair replaced but no response

Awful customer service

Bought a lamp from these guys which has turned out to be unsuitable so trying to return it, but there's no customer service whatsoever! No one responds to emails or phone calls.

No delivery, no replies — beware

I ordered from Aura Salon Furniture and paid in full. The goods have not been delivered, and I have not received any tracking information or updates. I have emailed and called the retailer multiple times, but received no response. This is my honest experience, and I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

We are awaiting 2 salon trolleys and…

We are awaiting 2 salon trolleys and have been for 5 weeks now.

We dealt with Luke and have rang everyday for 3 weeks alongside emails and no response to date.

I’m worried I’ve been scammed and will have to report to my bank?

Great customer service and really good…

Great customer service and really good quality furniture. Communication was absolutely superb, I spoke to Luke and told him I needed my order delivered quickly for the installation and he made it happen with no fuss at all. I would 100% recommend.

Delivery took longer than quoted

Delivery took longer than quoted. It took 7 days which meant I had to cancel plumbers twice.
Delivery was left at the back of the building, outside, with no one present in the building.
Furniture works for me.

Amazing company Thank you

I can not explain what a breath of fresh air this company is! I recently ordered 5 barber chairs and a hair wash basin/chair and the communication from the company has been amazing. I’m yet to open up the boxes and set up but the service I have received so far has been outstanding.

When I first messaged they made me aware straight away about the promotion they had running what saved me a lot of money! I didn’t want to miss out on the promotion so ordered and they held off 3 weeks to deliver as I was waiting for the keys for my new shop and I had no where to store them.

Iv had a lot of problems in the past ordering salon furniture from other suppliers and this company is amazing to deal with.

This order discrepancy is unacceptable. Please contact us promptly. We ordered the Soothe Hot Towel Countertop Towel Cabinet Heater for Beauty Treatments × 1 model (T-03 HOT TOWEL CABINET WITH U.V DISINFECTANT 24 TOWEL HOLDER) as listed on the website. However, we received the T-01 HOT TOWEL CABINET WITH U.V DISINFECTANT model instead. This constitutes a severe service failure and a breach of consumer trust.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, we have yet to receive a response. We kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue, allowing us to utilise the correct model as ordered. Should we not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, we will be compelled to consider further action.

We’ve since looked into your order and can confirm that the item delivered—the T-01 Hot Towel Cabinet with U.V. Disinfectant—matches the description, specifications, and pricing listed at the time of purchase. However, we acknowledge that an incorrect supplier image was uploaded to the listing, which may have caused confusion. For that, we sincerely apologise.

While we do not stock or sell the T-03 model, we are offering a full refund and return of the item and have reached out directly to arrange collection for Tuesday. We're also happy to help source the T-03 separately from our supplier if you're still interested.

Problem resolved and happy with outcome

Ordered on 29th June, no sign of shipping for a week. Update 7th July - I have been now contacted by Luke who offered his apologies and resolution with which I am happy. Can now confirm although maybe not prompt but communication is there and helpful.

Great company to deal with

We made our second large order from Aura recently.

Paul and Natalie are so easy to deal with, fantastic communication via whatsapp so easy to keep track of.

They went above and beyond holding onto furniture for longer so that we could schedule delivery around a shop refit.

All items have been great quality at fantastic prices. They really exceed expectations in regards to customer service and how they treat every customer as a person and business rather than just an order number. Would not hesitate to recommend.

SkinMate folding trolley

SkinMate folding trolley, been looking for this item for a 3 months now and finally found one, a slight delay in the delivery but that’s not the shops fault, however they kept me informed throughout the process and it finally arrived today. I’m extremely happy with this company and would definitely use again and highly recommend
