Aureline Paris Avis 85

This is the second piece I came back to get.The stone does have a shine. The designed is beautiful. This time the rhodium is better. I would still like a wider width. Some of the picture that I haven seen marketing on their webpage on Facebook cannot be found on the page. Maybe is so out . They can do better with customer service. The customer service is lacking.

I purchased the Équilibre Ouvert Ring in 18K Yellow Gold Vermeil for my wife for Mother's Day. We have been married for 28 years and my wife had not had an upgrade to her original wedding ring. And just to be honest, we couldn't afford to upgrade. Then we saw an ad for Aureline Paris, lab-grown diamond rings at a fraction of the cost. I am a skeptic, so I did my online research and read many reviews. And after careful consideration, I decided I would give it a try. We got the ring and it is beautiful. My wife has not taken it off since I gave it to her. She is very happy, which makes me very happy.

Things to know when making a purchase. All the diamonds are made to order. Meaning, they do not start the process of making the diamond until after you have purchased it. This website and emails states that it can take 8 to 14 days to ship. For us, it was 12 days. They state they will update you on every step of the process, but that did not happen. I got an email that the payment was received and they will start. Then no updates until it was being shipped. They ship items out of China using a carrier I had never heard of. The tracking did not work for the first 4 days. But once the tracking started I was able to see where my shipment was. I placed the order on April 29th and received the ring on May 20th. I am giving you these details so that you will not be worried by the long process and to plan accordingly if you want your ring for a specific occasion. My wife did not get the the ring on Mother's Day, but every day is Mother's Day, right?

I would order from this place again. I am well pleased with the quality of the product.

Gorgeous tennis bracelet. More impressive than other much more expensive bracelets in jewelry stores. Diamonds are clear and super sparkly and the setting feels substantial. Will be purchasing more items in the future.

The items look great. The design is remarkable! The quality is as described.

The main stone is amazing. ....Before I bought, I talked to a retired jeweler and he told me the lab grown jewel would be cut better to produce 'sparkle' because the cost of the jewel allowed for a more precise(sometimes wasteful) cut. I think the stone is perfect !

I have had a positive experience with Aureline Paris. I really like how the lab grown diamonds just sparkle. I wish I could wear it everyday and that it will last a lifetime. I wish the metals were 18k white gold, etc. instead of vermeil. I would definitely pay a little more so I can wear it everyday.

I want to start with the positives because there were several things I genuinely liked. The ordering process was easy, communication was great, and I appreciated the email updates throughout the process while my piece was being made. I also received timely updates when it shipped and what to expect for delivery. Overall, I felt like it was a really good value for what I was purchasing, and I was excited when it arrived.

Unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last long. Once I started wearing the bracelet, it kept falling off during completely normal activity around the house. It was not getting caught on anything, snagged, or pulled. The clasp would simply release on its own. It seems like if the latch moves a certain way and lines up just right, it opens unexpectedly.

I reached out to Aureline customer support hoping they would help make it right. They asked for a video of the issue, but the bracelet falls off randomly, so there really is no practical way to record that happening. I explained this, but they still declined a refund or repair and instead told me to take a brand new custom jewelry piece to an independent jeweler and pay to have it fixed myself.

That response was honestly very disappointing. I expected more from a company that presents itself as customer focused and known for quality products. Instead, I now have a bracelet I am afraid to wear because I do not trust it to stay on, and I am left paying additional money to fix something that arrived with an issue.

Really disappointing experience overall. I loved the process up until the product problem and customer service response. Buyers should be aware of the support experience if issues come up after purchase.

The diamonds is beyond my expectations. Took it to jewelry store to confirm if it's real. They confirmed it's real. I also tested it with diamond tester from Amazon, and I confirmed it was real.

Good looking stone and very nice finish.
I was expecting a certificate along with the stone which I felt should be mandatory but I didn't receive any.

I have purchased lab-created stones from other sites, and the stones from Aureline Paris are very comparable to their finest-rated items. The bracelet I purchased is very lovely, and I have received many compliments. I would recommend Aureline Paris, and I plan to purchase from them again.

The earrings are beautiful but the backs are so tiny they're unusable.

There was a delay on ship as they seem to use a low quality vendor (Uniuni?) but ultimately the item did arrive in great condition and is very very sparkly. The gift was received very happily and I would certainly buy again.

I had a good experience with Aureline’s. Since the ordering and shipping process can take several weeks, I really appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the process. They sent regular email updates every few days, which made me feel informed and reassured that my order hadn’t been forgotten. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish.

These are absolutely beautiful. I was pretty skeptical about ordering the jewelry and even more so when I saw the tracking information had them coming out of china. but they really hit a home run. They're beautiful and they do indeed test as diamond (lab grown). I'll order again for sure!
