Poorly made/Resolution
My significant other ordered me an absolutely beautiful ring! The look is stunning! After wearing it for a week, two stones fell out. He contacted costumer service and they sent a new ring, great! Received the replacement ring, and after wearing it for two days I lost a stone! While the product is beautiful, the quality doesn't seem to be that great!
Changed to four stars, as they reached out to me and we have settled on a resolution. They gave me the option to send me a third ring, or pick a different ring free of charge. I chose a different ring. I will update to five stars if this ring holds up with no issues, if I have problems with this ring I will bring my rating back down.

Do not order. You will be scammed. I lost $180 to this company. Ships from china not US. Ordered, wasn’t right size, sent back and cost me over $60 to ship. They spent months saying it was clearing customs when tracking said otherwise. They refused to refund. I posted an honest review then suddenly they could refund my money as soon as I changed my review to a fake positive one. I changed it for my money back. Then they told me it would be 3-5 business days. When it wasn’t posted to my account I asked about it. They told me it was posted 9/20/2026. I asked for the confirmation of the refund being posted and they said they can’t provide that. Of course they can’t, because they never did it. They’ve been dishonest and predatory the entire time. I’ve got miles of screenshots of emails of the situation I’ve reported. I’ve also reported to trustpilot because it’s against their policy to have a company require customers to change their reviews in order to be refunded. But yet, they’re still here with fake reviews and stealing from more people.

This is a beautiful ring
This is a beautiful ring. It was delivered within the shipping guidelines, which are getting much faster. I love the East/West styling. I've received many compliments on the ring as it is an unusual setting. Unfortunately, I can't wear it as much as I'd like as the gold coating is beginning to fade. This has happened to other Rodiffy rings I've purchased, so sadly, I fear this will be my last purchase. When you purchase a wedding ring style, I expected the appearance to last longer than it does.

It takes quite a bit for me to submit an unfavourable review. Unfortunately, this product is disappointing. Don't waste your money as I did. The first ring I bought looked great online, although not in person. I opted to order a different wedding band that would fit with it. Two rings. That one was not as it appeared. They offered to let me pay 50.00 USD to choose another ring of same value. I did. It arrived and looked INCREDIBLY cheap and fake. They were willing to replace that one. I chose another and was happy with it when arrived. After two weeks I lost a stone in wedding band and the prongs came loose on the most recent replacement ring received . I feel like I was misled . The warranty is as useful as a paper umbrella in the rain. Your options are to PAY to return to have ring sent back to be fixed or pay 50.00 USD to receive a different one. All of the above and the fact they instruct you to list returns as under 15.00 for "customs clearance" told me the quality I paid collectively over 500.00 for. So many reviews on their website. I find it hard
To believe they are genuine.
To be fair, customer service was responsive. They offered to replace the wedding band that lost a stone after I no longer accepted the options of spending more money to send it back for repair or to pick a new ring. Why should I have to spend MORE money for poor quality? No word on prong break on solitaire. After all of this, offering for me to pay to return a ring as a resolution was the last step for me.
Don't fall for it like I did

Yes, you did end up arranging a replacement for me on the wedding band. Your first offer was for me to spend the money to return the ring to you to be "repaired" or send 50.00 USD to choose another ring, which I did once already. After I clarified this was now my fifth ring, you agreed to replace it. I appreciate we finally reached a reasonable outcome. However, the SECOND ring that I sent photos of (princess cut solitaire) fell apart less than a month after receiving it. I've messaged twice about this, including photos, and although you respond, you didn't address the OTHER ring.
I was patient and reasonable for the last two months. However, it's become nothing but time-consuming and frustrating. You ask for information, I send it, and get the same generic response. I was fair in rating your response time as great. The resolution and how painful it is to get there is incredibly disappointing. I even paid 50.00 to choose a new ring knowing that the one I received looked NOTHING like the photos. It looked cheap, fake, and embarassing.
