Ring set is pretty
Ordered another set and a band because I found I do not like the feel of the eternity band, how the stones go all the way around. I’m scared I will ruin them as I catch them on everything (I’m not gentle on rings)
These are my daily wear rings and to try diff styles and shapes
I am a diamond hound and hubby said put them in my safe and wear these rings daily and when I find my dream set, he will buy me a diamond set that matches.

However I would STRONGLY suggest that when you send an email requesting a review that you blind copy the recipients. I got an email with 91 peoples email addresses shown. Definitely not ok.

I bought three rings from Rodiffy
I bought three rings from Rodiffy. I had great hopes that they would be my dream rings. I got them and they were very scratchy. I thought they would cut into the fingers that were next to them. The moissanite did not look real. I felt it look cheap and not like a diamond. The return process was a nightmare. I exchanged many emails and ultimately they said I missed the 30 days. I thought that was on purpose. There are prices and rings than you can get at Rodiffy.

Customer Service
While the ring was beautiful, it did not fit true to size. I immediately reached out to Rodiffy on March 5, 2026 that I needed to exchange for a half size bigger and have not received a response. I then sent another follow up email on March 9th and it is now 3 days later and still no response. And it is well before the 30 day deadline for exchanges.

Just received my 3.5 ct radiant cut. I'm in love. The sparkle and fire are breathtaking. I have diamond jewelry. I travel often. And don't like to wear it. I have been looking at lab and other other stones from various companies. I researched everything and decided based on reviews and cost and pictures and decided to purchase from Rodiffy. I made the right decision. The fire in the stone is more apparent than my diamond. I want to wear this. I can almost cry it's so beautiful. The workmanship the finish is stunning. It's our 50th anniversary and this is my gift to myself. I have a picture but cannot attach here.

Scam? Where is my ring?
My order has been stuck in California with USPS waiting for the shipment to be delivered to them for 9 days. This is starting to feel like a scam. There was some shipping insurance that they forced me to purchase and I suspect that they’re going to say “oh your shipment was lost…but this experience only cost you waiting for weeks plus the scam of paying shipping insurance which we won’t refund!”
Are they selling rings or fake insurance? I’m not happy. I’ve purchased from China before and it doesn’t take 9 days from when it arrives in the U.S. to go to USPS on TOP of the forever it took to get to the U.S. I’m at 17 days total now. This is ridiculous.

Order # 11653 I ordered a ring form here and the day I received it I ask to return it due to the color and not good quality. It shipped from Carrollton Tx but now they are asking me to ship to Rodiffymoissanite
1st Floor, No. 14, 8th Street, Caisan Xincun, Donghuan Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. I will now have to pay certified letter Rand return receipt to ensure they receive it. This is not fair as the ring shipped from Texas. Do not buy from this company!!!!
Letter I wrote because they keep offering me low offers and I paid $200 for this ring! Do not buy from them because you will have to mail to China even though they mailed from Texas where I live and sell on Amazon with easy returns: Hello,
I’m writing because I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the ring I received and the return process.
Had I known the ring would need to be returned to China — especially when it shipped from Carrollton, TX — I would never have purchased it. This was meant to be a special Christmas gift, and instead I’m just sad and disappointed. A friend bought the same brand from Amazon and was able to return it easily, without all of this complication.
I also do not feel that a $40 “compromise” is fair. I will never wear this ring. The quality does not match the price, and it is certainly not worth $200. A company should stand behind its products and make returns reasonable.
The only resolution I would consider is receiving half of my money back, so I can try to sell the ring myself since I do not like it. I have never purchased from a company that requires customers to ship items back to China, and I am uncomfortable mailing it internationally without insurance and proof of receipt — especially when I cannot be sure I will get my money back.
I truly wanted to be a long-term customer, but this experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. Please let me know how we can resolve this quickly, as I am not satisfied with the ring or the process.

At the moment, we do not have a US warehouse. However, if you return the ring using USPS First Class Mail, the shipping cost is only around $13–17, much lower than standard international shipping. We kindly ask that you follow this recommended method for your return.

I’m not sure about the ring itself
I’m not sure about the ring itself, because I still don’t have it. The standard shipping time states 7-12 days for the full process, all the way up to receiving the package. It’s been 15 days since I placed my order and USPS hasn’t even received it yet. We were supposed to go on a trip today and planned to propose, but I don’t have the ring and have no idea when it’ll actually be here.

My package has finally reached USPS. Says it will be delivered tomorrow or Wednesday. Hopefully it will be.
