First of all I love the ring and quality of the ring. This company has excellent customer service. Fast response to questions/emails. That is rare to find these days. Kind personal service. They sent my resized ring 2nd day air to ensure that I received it in time. I am truly grateful and will be shopping here again and gladly be a regular customer.

Wheres my order? Ordered on the 3rd. Its the 12th. Contacted support, gave them my order #MB29264. Where is it? Asked for a tracking number, didnt give me one. Looked deeper into the website they ship from China and send to their address. The items come from Aliexpress which can be bought for $60. Which means they profited $230, Bought ring at $290. Wow what a scam. Asked for a refund. No response. How do i get my money back. Who do i report this to?

I ordered a .33 carat diamond ring in white gold. Product took over a month to even ship and after countless emails with the company they offered a moissanite earring set as compensation. Upon arrival of the ring over a month later the earrings were nowhere to be seen. I emailed them again and was informed I would: A. Have to order another product and receive the “free” gift. Or: B. Receive a whopping 30 dollar discount code for a future order. Absolute scam artists.

I’ve tried to contact customer service three times and have heard nothing back at all. I’m very disappointed. So as of right now, they satisfaction guarantee doesn’t have any value because they won’t even reach back out.

Worst customer experience I have ever had! I returned many orders and they never refunded me! It has been almost 6 months, they will still refund me... Never shop with them.

Waited a month. No delivery. Would not respond when I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service. Having to fight charge with credit card company. AVOID!

Ordered a ring on Aug 21 2025 and still have not received it and have not gotten any updates the last one I received was it departed their shipping Partner facility in NY on Aug 29th I have made multiple attempts to reach them and they have not responded to any.

I bought an engagement ring from this company 9 months ago, and it’s already showing major damage from normal wear. For something meant to last a lifetime, that’s completely unacceptable.

We’ve been in contact with their customer service team — which takes forever to respond — and after all the back-and-forth, their final answer was that “the only effective way to restore the ring’s integrity is to completely rebuild the setting and prongs.” After just nine months. That says everything you need to know about the quality.
Worse, they expect us to pay for the repair. Charging a customer to fix your own product failure is unacceptable.

My wife works in marketing, so we understand how much effort they put into influencer campaigns. But no amount of marketing can make up for poor craftsmanship and slow, unhelpful support.

This ring was supposed to last a lifetime. I regret buying from this company and would not recommend them to anyone for anything more than costume jewelry

I’ve had my ring for 9 months. 3 prongs are gone and I had to have it fixed by an external jeweller one month out from my wedding to due to the lack of responsibility taken by their customer service team.

The shipping took longer than advertised but once I received the ring, it was absolutely breathtaking and I can’t wait to propose to my future fiancé!! Thank you MSBlue 💍💯🙏🏾

We ordered a ring 3 weeks ago and have not received any tracking information on it. We have done all of the contact us option and have not heard from their company.

Customer communication and follow up is lacking unfortunately. I have purchased 3 pieces Since July 2, 2025. First 2 were stuck in a shipping hold via their shipper, no movement for 7 days. One I had paid expedited shipping for, only to find out it was being shipped from China and I had to pay a duty on it to be released. Still waiting for the 3rd and final piece that was shipped July 22nd and status remains the same with the shipper as of 7/30/2025. Pending receipt from merchant. SMH.
