Rodiffy is such a wonderful company with fantastic customer service. They are quick to answer questions and help out at any time. The jewelry is absolutely stunning and is of beautiful quality. Not so "EASY" Returns/Exchanges
I placed an order for the 6 prong promise ring and went with a size 5 initially, the ring arrived within a week but I thought it was weird that tracking info was displaying it had to depart and arrive at a "port" even though the label was created and shipped from a local warehouse.
Anyways received the ring, the product itself looked not bad for the price, however a size 5 was too big on me so I decided to go back and order the size 4.5 and at the same time contacted customer service to return my size 5.
They responded to me within 24H and gave me a China address to ship the product back to, and said I would be able to receive a full refund after the package is received and inspected. While paying for the return shipping cost out of my own pocket. Or if I want to, I can keep the ring and they will issue a partial refund of $45 back to my original payment method plus a $40 gift card.
International shipping costs at LEAST $50, and I told them I have no use for the gift card because I've already went ahead and ordered a replacement, I asked if they can just issue the $85 refund back to my original payment method and I'll keep the size 5 ring and maybe gift it to someone that might fit it. And they refused. They said they can only issue me $50 back to my original payment method. LOL.
I don't have time to be playing these kinds of games, it doesn't make sense why I need to ship the return as an international package when it came to me locally, and why they can't issue the total of $85 back to my original payment instead of splitting it as $45 to my payment method and $40 in gift card. I spent $138 on this ring that I can't even wear because of sizing, and I only bought it without thinking twice because their website claimed easy returns/exchanges.
Lesson learned with buying stuff from IG ads. Never again.
Update: after going back and forth with customer service for almost a week, and me threatening to dispute the charge completely if they didn’t want to provide me with the $85 refund to my original payment method, they finally decided to refund me $85.
Honestly really wanted to have an enjoyable purchase, because their rings quality isn’t bad at all. But just wasted a lot of unnecessary time trying to make an exchange that didn’t need to be that difficult at all.

I have bought two rings from Rodiffy, both are amazing and they look very classy. Been using my first ring since Feb and there is no dullness. Ring still looks elegant and the shine is brilliant. After 30 days the plating had come off…
After 30 days the plating had come off the ring. It was no longer gold, but silver. I do not wear it at the gym, pool, or when putting lotion on. They refused to make it right and told me that they could repair it if I shipped it back to China at my expense. Again, I only had it 30 days. Don't waste your money. Its garbage.
Update: I had been going back and forth with them for 10 days stating I would not be paying any more money for them to make it right with no success. After writing this review they tried to flag it as defamatory (and trust pilot sided with me). Only then did they agree to replace the ring for free. I will keep this review updated to see if I actually get the replacement. Order 19615.

The ring looked great but then had issues
The ring came and looked great. There was a little delay in receiving it, but really wasn't bad. The shimmer/ sparkle was outstanding. The issue is have is that several of the stones have fallen out already. That is very disappointing.

No easy returns
They promise an easy and hassle-free return process, but that is not the case. I had to pay $50 to mail the rings back to China on 3/25/26 and they made it through customs in China on 4/1/26. The company won’t give you a refund until they “receive the package,” but it’s now 6/3/26 and they still claim to not have received the returned items. I opened an investigation with USPS and they said Rodiffy needs to complete steps on their side to accept the package from China’s customs dept. I notified them of this and weeks later, still nothing. I ended up having to report the issue to Chase Bank to get a chargeback since Rodiffy won’t take any additional action.
The rings look okay. Some look more real than others. But if you think you might need to return anything, buckle your seatbelt for an incredibly long, arduous, and frustrating process.

I bought the Rodiffy Moissanite 2.0…
I bought the Rodiffy Moissanite 2.0 Ct~3.5 Ct Radiant Cut Yellow Gold Engagement Ring for my wife as a temporary ring while she was over seas. After a week the gold was gone and when she took it to a jewelry store they informed us that it wasn’t moissanite. The “certificate of authenticity” had numbers that didn’t exist on the stone itself. And of course no refund. For a “small fee” they could ship us another toy ring. I said no thanks 🙂↔️ don’t waste your money. Moissanite is a great option just get it from a jewelry shop where you can see it in person first.

We would like to clarify that our moissanite rings come with GRA certificates for the moissanite stones. Moissanite can also respond positively on many standard diamond testers due to its properties, though professional jewelers may use different testing equipment to distinguish moissanite from diamond.
We take concerns about plating wear and stone authenticity very seriously. In our previous communication, we requested supporting proof from the jeweler, such as a written test result, photos, or a video showing the inspection result, so our factory and quality control team could verify the issue properly. However, we have not received any supporting proof so far.
We sincerely apologize that the solution offered did not meet your expectations. We are still willing to review this case further and work toward a fair resolution once the jeweler’s proof is provided.
Please reply to our email thread with any supporting documentation so we can escalate this case for review.

Would not recommend- SLOW
I ordered my ring over a month ago, and it still has not arrived. Customer service is decent, but slow. Here I am making a payment on a ring that I don’t have. I really hope I like it once I get it, otherwise it will be months before I get a new one if I send it back. Would not recommend.
