Ordered placed in March for a $39 round chair. Now it's almost November and now I'm getting emails saying they attempted to deliver but I wasn't home. I work from home and NEVER LEAVE! This SCAM has now been reported to the authorities! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS!
a total and utter scam I wouldn't even be giving the 1 star, attempted to buy a dress and took my money but ended up at '252 Old Kent Rd, London SE1 5UB" some how which is a food shop in London so I emailed them and they said they didn't have any details of my order ever being ordered and that I had to show proof which is impossible considering I didn't even get a tracking number or anything so 40£ down the drain really annoyed so avoid at all costs if u want to keep ur hard earned money instead of giving it to low life scammers trust me and auren don't even bother replying with an apology bcus u can shove it up ur arse

we're sorry to hear about this experience. We have checked carefully, but there is no AUREN order linked to your name or email address, and the address you mention has no connection to us. The payment you described was made to a merchant called "FAP GREATDEALSIN", which is not AUREN. Payments to AUREN always appear on bank statements as "SP AUREN WEAR", and every AUREN order receives an order confirmation with an order number by email. We only asked for that order number so we could help you. We'd recommend contacting your bank about this charge, as they can investigate the merchant who took the payment.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have all the emails and screenshots and the actual website that took my money.

We have checked our system thoroughly: there is no order, payment or customer account under any of the details you shared with us. The order references in your emails (starting with "KB") and the website you paid on belong to a different store, aurenchoise.com, which is not connected to AUREN in any way.
If you have an order confirmation from auren-wear.com, please email it to info@auren-wear.com and we will help you straight away. For a payment made to another store, your bank can help you dispute the charge.
To other readers: AUREN only sells via auren-wear.com, and our order numbers are four digits, for example #1580.

The reply to this company that I've previously made is VERY CORRECT! These people have emailed me back on multiple occasions including yesterday. When I tried to contact them by phone, I was unable to do that & I've also noticed that they're NO LONGER associated with Shopify as they claim. Check for yourselves. I can't leave screenshots on here pr otherwise I would.

Thank you for your response. To clarify: AUREN (auren-wear.com) is an active, UK-based fashion and activewear retailer, currently operating on Shopify. We have no record of any order, correspondence, or interaction matching what's described in this review, and we don't sell the products referenced. We'd encourage anyone reading this to check the confirmation emails from their original purchase for the correct company name and website, as this review appears to relate to a different business.
What the brand fails to highlight at point of sale is that any unwanted items have to be returned directly to a warehouse in China. This is not a straightforward process and is costly and time consuming.
Had this been set out on the website I certainly wouldn’t have ordered. When I emailed to request details of how to return the item, I was offered the opportunity to keep the item against a nominal refund which was an immediate red flag.
The item itself is ok, reflective of the low price paid, however please only purchase from this website if you know you will not need to return or are prepared to bear the risk and expense of a return to China.

I was a little unsure about ordering at first since I hadn't really heard of AUREN before, but I decided to just give it a shot. I did have a small issue with my order, but I contacted customer service and Holly was super helpful — sorted it out pretty quickly, actually. The items arrived within the expected timeframe, and overall, I'd definitely be okay with ordering again.
Do not use this company, it is a scam.
Item received wasn't even the same colour or material as advertised let alone the actual item.
I sent photos of what arrived and a screen shot of what I ordered and they still said it was right so I had to pay for the return to China, which I did. 4 weeks later they won't even reply to emails when I know from the tracking that the item has arrived back.
I've reported them to Trading Standards and started the process with my bank to get my money back. I suspect they will just pop up another website and continue to scam people.
Stay well clean, this company doesn't really exist.
