This is a total and complete hoax and a total scam. The 90 day refund does not state that return shipping is not included - and shipping means shipping it back to China at your own expense.

I bought the Interactive Robot Kitten, Realistic PlushHoliday HaulRobotic Cat Toy That Walks, Wags Tail & MakesSounds, Cute Pet Toy Gift for Kids & Adults after reviewing the advertisement on FACEBOOK. The kitten is not even one percent close to the one in the ad. Total price with shipping cost $46. The similar things had been in the market for $10 or less for so many years. There is no interaction or any other modes. It is a fraud

This product is a huge gimmick, it took forever to come red flags, after seeing no results. I really felt let down thinking it was going to work and then I returned the product and I still have not received a response or a refund. Time frame End of January, February and now we are in March. Had to get my bank involved.

I ordered two pairs, one for me and one for my mother. She’s been using them faithfully for 4 months, and hers quit working, but she said they have helped her. I haven’t used mine enough to make a difference…my husband snores like a band saw and I really don’t want to hear that any better.

Unfortunately my Mum wouldn't even try them so I wrote to the company for a refund within a month because there was supposedly a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. They replied the first time and said to try them a little longer. I asked again how to arrange a refund and they haven't replied. It's been ten days now since that email. I've finally realised this is a total scam!

Total scam! they do not communicate with you...you have 60 minutes to return them after PLACING the order, which they ignore.
The product has no change in hearing, as I did a before and after hearing test with an audiologist.
no refunds are actually given if you read the fine print, so do not be fooled by there large print 90 day warranty.
This company sucks, plain and simple..

I ordered for 199.99 then a few advertisement later they were selling for 99.95 tried to cancle my order but have to wait gir soneone to get back with me.

I wear hearing aids. Used ReHears for 3 months (promised refund -- LOL). Went for my yearly hearing exam -- absolutely NO change. Don't waste your money. Aurivo won't answer you.

I have many red light therapy devices that I love. This one is a scam!

Total piece of garbage. The device will not even turn on and repeated emails get no response. Avoid this company unless you enjoy burning your money.

I've been using the Aurivo Rehears red light therapy for 2 months now and I'm afraid that it hasn't made any difference for me. They seem like well made units, and it was worth a shot.

What a waste of time. The hearing red light therapy aids did not work at all for me. It promised a full refund if not satisfied and now can’t get the refund. These don’t work so don’t waste your money.
