Would NOT recommend. I bought a cylinder of 30 satchets in the blueberry flavor, which are not cheap I might add. I took one sachet per day, I received one free flavor, which was Mango and the rest were Blueberry flavor. I took two blueberry and one mango. Unfortunately by the third one, I just couldn't take anymore as I was bloated and constipated. I did contact Vida Glow and was advised nothing could be done, their T&C's advise no refunds or returns. Therefore I've just wasted my money. Whilst I understand there are stipulations around food, these are unopened sachets. A monumental waste unfortunately.

Marine Collagen supplementation, in general, should not cause bloating or constipation with one serving per day. There is evidence that shows collagen supplementation actually favours a healthy gut and digestive system. In saying this, there are several factors that may cause some to react differently, so we highly recommend speaking with a healthcare professional regarding these concerns.
We do understand that you requested to return the product and that the remaining sachets were unopened. However, due to regulations worldwide and as the plastic sleeve has been opened, we are unable to process returns for opened goods. We acknowledge your frustration, and we do apologise that we were unable to assist further in this regard.

I am experiencing face skin rashes…
I am experiencing face skin rashes continually. I have taking it for 11 weeks. At first I was not sure what the causes were. However, I keep experiencing rashes on my skin and suspect it might have to do with the collagen and biotin intakes.

Whilst rare, hypersensitivity reactions happen as an abnormal response of the immune system against allergens, such as food, medicine, and supplements. Collagen supplements that come from ocean fish or other marine sources may cause an allergic reaction, usually in the form of a skin rash. Please note that this is not serious, unless you have an allergy to fish, and usually subsides once you stop consuming the supplement.

I think it's a shame that it is not clearly communicated that one serving size is two-thirds of the pre-measured scoop !!! I didn't read this when I ordered the product and took a full measuring spoon every day.
After the 1st can I was amazed because the month was not over yet and I made notes on the 2nd can, it was enough for 20 income.
now I'm on your website again to read it and see the information about two-thirds of the pre-measured scoop! :-(
Why don't you make the measuring spoon smaller?
Sorry, but that is totally illogical and you confuse the customer! I think it's a sales tactic and that makes it very unappealing to me.

Two stars for product quality, zero stars for customer service
The quality of the product might be good, however I had no opportunity to try for more than 30 days to really assess. It says that collagen takes 4 to 6 weeks to "work", so anything below 2-3 months of usage wouldn't yield much result. Hence, two stars.
Zero stars on customer service. The reason I couldn't try the product for more than 30 days is that apparently, their EU online shop closed abruptly. I reached out to them on Instagram to ask for details on this , as they are very active there. They post multiple stories on daily basis. I was surprised as it took them ten days to reply to my message. By that time, I had already found a suitable replacement.

Delivery was very fast
Delivery was very fast. I ordered my powder on the Thursday afternoon and had it delivered by Tuesday morning. Order was well packaged and I received several samples as well which I haven’t tried yet but was a lovely touch.

I love your products so much!! This is the first time I’ve tried collagen and I can already see an improvement with my nails and skin and I’m hoping this will be the same with my hair 🤞🏾
However the shipping is always delayed (with my last few orders), and I understand this is partially due to the current situation... so I may just have to change the dates for my preorder so I can receive my new products in time before I run out !

Enjoyed the Mocha collagen sachets. Great taste and have had comments on how fresh I look (currently 43, no filler or Botox). Definitely noticing a difference.

Vidaglow are a lovely company to buy from and they send samples with there sold products also. The purchase and despatch process is excellent no issues ever. Packaging of products are lovely but would love to see more environmentally effective.
