Their website is extremely misleading. When you place an order, a pop-up claims you have an extra discount on your order. The moment you click it, it immediately processes a duplicate payment without confirmation. When I asked them to cancel the duplicate, they refused, stating orders cannot be canceled once placed. To make matters worse, their return policy forces you to pay full return postage plus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping alone costs over $50! This is totally unacceptable and a complete scam in terms of both quality and service.

Absolutely disgusting! Product not as described, ordered a men’s XL and it would be lucky to fit my 9 year old. The product itself as described online is nothing like the cheap product received! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! Offered 85%refund….why bother when you have to pay to send it back to China….what a joke!

Do NOT buy from this website. I ordered a pair of boots. They sent the wrong size and the actual product was a poor replica of what was advertised. When I asked about a refund. They claim 15% discount for “restocking” and won’t cover the shipping.
It was their mistake, but they won’t accept any responsibility and expect you to pay.

Items nothing like photos on website. Completely different colour and style. Material is NOT as shown, and is a cheap and nasty material. Not flowy like photo. The colours are also completely different. They will give me a refund of 80% of the purchase price and I must pay for the return to send back to China. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME AUSSIE VOGUE. THESE PEOPLE ARE DODGY!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Lesson learned, they can keep my money, but their garments are not even worthy to donate!

Awful argumentative 'customer service'. poor quality garment, sizes are not fit for Australians, way to small.
Buy from these people with extreme caution, if you are not happy with what you receive you'll get an argument and no refund or chance to return the item.

Scam artists ..Aussie Vogue should be called Cheap Chinese Polyester” they tricked me with their fake “4star trust pilot rating”…ordered the 100% brushed cotton collared long sleeve garment..I received a short sleeve no collar 100% polyester piece of crap…I then demanded a full refund if I send it back…honestly the garbage bin is too good for this garment….they insisted I keep the garment and “save myself the added time and cost of sending it back to them in Guangzhou” for a 25% discount..they sent me numerous emails with words to this effect..I was happy to pay $30 to send the crap back via AusPost tracking …they agreed a full refund would occur when they receive the garment back , so long as the tags were still attached : fun fact, I received the garment with no tags..and let them know this..a few more emails from them saying that they were concerned that they “didn’t want inconvenience should item be lost in mail”. FFS and now I see they have sold my email address and the retail bank I use to send me scam phishing emails that look legit at a glance but aren’t..this 100% due to Aus vogue. Never had this probs before.

Ordered some "orthopaedic" sneakers. LOL! Order took forever to arrive, and when received the colour was nothing like the image, but I could have lived with it. What I can't live with is the fact that the shoes are totally the wrong fit, the sole has zero grip and the shoe offers no support and absolutely no footbed what so ever.

And then being asked to return the shoes to CHINA at my own expense and lose 15% of the price paid for "restocking" is absolutely outrageous.

Can only warn anyone to buy from this seller.

Don't spend the $$ on their products

Terrible company. No customer service. When the product I ordered arrived it wasn’t what was pictured atall. When I expressed my opinion I had to fight to get a return (which I was told I had to pay for) as they argued there was nothing wrong with the product. When in fact it’s not atall what was pictured:
Different materials
Cheaply made of plastic
Inaccurate sizing
Steer well clear of china vogue!

SCAM- KEEP AWAY!!! Zero rating!

I purchased a pair of shoes, and while checking out, the exact same pair accidentally popped up as a cheaper option, so I ended up placing a second order by mistake. immediately emailed to cancel one of the orders at that exact moment.

It has now been nearly TWO WEEKS. I’ve emailed multiple times, received NO RESPONSE, and there has been NO DELIVERY and no proper update whatsoever. Their website says they will get back to customers within 24 hours , clearly that hasn’t happened.

After reading the reviews on Thursday, I can see this isn’t an isolated experience and appears to be a repeated issue. I’m not interested in receiving another apology at this point. I’ve given more than enough time and opportunities for this to be resolved.

I was actually hoping to purchase other items in bulk for my business, but after this experience, they have now lost both a private customer and a potential business customer.

I’m now about to escalate this seriously, and take the appropriate steps to pursue the matter.

Cheap trash, worth a fraction of what I paid. Honestly pretty mad at myself for falling for such an obvious scam. I'd been looking for good hoodies that suit me for ages so when I finally came across some that I really liked on this site I didn't do my due diligence and I ignored the red flags. Lesson learned I guess. Hoodies are so bad they're not even worth donating to the salvos, I just chucked them in the bin.

Total scam. Tricked me & charged me twice, refusing to cancel and refund my money. . I don't know if the item will even arrive.Never ever buy from them. If it were possible to give them a rating in the negatives, I would.

Crap material. Poor fit, printed pattern that looks like it is embroidered in the advert. Long delivery times. Whole lot is unwearable.

If I could give zero stars I would. The product was not as described (fake leather, not real) and I ended up having to get my credit card to initiate a claim. So I got my money back but was an ordeal and a lot of time wasting by Aussie Vogue. Do not buy from this website/company!

My reply to below - Ignore AV’s reply below. I contacted their support several times and they did not resolve the issue. Westpac did thankfully because AV did not advertise their product correctly!

These scumbags are liars and thieves, they take your money and send you clothes that are made for midgets. If you think you are buying from an Australian company, think again. Aussie Vogue are as Australian as Xi Jinping's arse.

Asian sizes. 3Xl =.small or medium at best. I knew as soon.as zi saw this thing was coming from China it'd be a dud. Not Aussie. China. Buy from these.people at your peril. You won't be happy. Avoid like the plague

Need a zero star option. Immediately after placing an order (within 2 minutes) I reached out to cancel. They claim that is just impossible so apparently ai will have to wait a month or two for their crappy merchandise to reach me. That won't happen though because I will dispute with PayPal for a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE "AUSTRALIAN " COMPANY THAT IS ACTUALLY BASED IN CHINA. THEY ARE A SCAM. STEER CLEAR
Bit of advice to everyone, only order with PayPal and once you receive an item that is not whay you were representation, PayPal with make them refund or refund for you. Never just use a credit card . They don't have your back

AUSSIE VOGUE! Absolutely disgusting experience. Do not waste your money.
The item we received looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised. The photos on the website are completely misleading, and the quality was beyond disappointing. The material was so cheap it honestly looked and felt like something worth only a few dollars. I couldn’t believe they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer.
When I contacted customer service, they offered me just a $20 refund, which was insulting considering the item was nothing like what I paid for. They expected me to keep a product that was completely different from what was advertised.
Despite the name “Aussie Vogue,” my experience was that the company was based overseas, which wasn’t obvious when I ordered.
Based on my experience, I feel completely ripped off. I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to read the reviews before spending their money. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere.
