Aussie Vogue Avis 

I purchased a so called Premium leather jacket size M , it arrived and the size M is more like S and further more the jacket was fake with be nothing like leather at all and label says made in China Fabric Pu 45% Polyester 55% and the exact same jacket can be purchased on AliExpress or Temu for one fifth the price including shipping. I emailed them to request a full refund and was denied a full refund so now I will pursue the matter further with the proper authorities DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY ps. They falsely advertised and all their products are way cheaper elsewhere. I received item on 31/07/26. I have also found out the sender is located 42 Bradman street , Acacia Ridge, Brisbane , Queensland. They are drop shipping from China and absolutely false advertising the product in question. They also ripped me off with a $40 refund whilst I paid $119 for the item that sells 1/5 the price on AliExpress.

I was screw,i pay with PayPal bécasse they send me a smaler size like Large but i had à deal with them and pay by PayPal again, for an XL Pyjamas
Non they dont reply and i cannot have my money back
So one advise dont by anything from them

Terrible experience. Took almost three weeks to receive a jumper that looked nothing like on the website. Difficult to return unless i paid for shipping. Poor quality and unwearable. I was offered a partial $10 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The quality was inferior and did not look anything like the advertised photo. Very disappointing. I expected better considering the price.

Order took over a month to arrive, jacket was ordered two sizes larger ( manufacturer said one ) and depth was still too short Colour was supposed to be brown it arrived as a coppery

When the company is called Aussie Vogue, I thought I was buying something in Australia. The items took 15 days to arrive. The two items had no tags on them or washing instructions. I had to email to get the instructions.

The styles are nice but the quality is no better than cheaper alternatives. The more you buy, the bigger the discount, still did not make the items worth the expense in my opinion. I hope they wash up well and not fall apart.
The delivery time was about 2-3 weeks.

Do not buy anything from this fraudulent site. I paid over $100 for a jacket that is absolute junk. They use different pictures of items and send you crap. How these people get away with ripping customers off is disgusting. Lesson learned. Always read reviews before purchasing. Aussie Vogue has been reported to the appropriate authorities. Please do the same to get this website closed down.

Terrible, took forever & quality is awful

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I saw a photo of a beautiful jumper, saw the Company’s name was “Aussie Vogue” with a kangaroo in their logo & stupidly didn’t look further into this store like I normally would. The product I received looked NOTHING like the beautiful knit I thought I was buying. I’m going to report them to the Ombudsman for false advertising & suggestion that anyone else who has been SCAMMED like I have to do the same. Let’s not let these people keep our money! I have asked for a refund & at first they offered $10 & I get to keep it, I replied no I want to return it so they upped it to $15 refund or I have to pay for it to go back to China!! Nope that won’t be happening!! The Australian Ombudsman are there to help protect us & that’s my next move. I hope they close these thieves down!😠

While we have had some issues with the product I ordered being out of stock, replacing it with another and then finding that the product (ordered in my normal shoe size) was too small when delivered the customer support and the resolution of these issues has been extraordinary.

Im not even sure I would rate this company as a 1 star.
The return of my item has been nothing short of frustrating, having sent this back to China, yes China, ( as expected) and just getting the run around. No funds have been received yet!
Do not order from this company you will only be disappointed in the quality of your goods.

Absolutely terrible site. Don’t use it! It should be taken down and not allowed to operate. I’ve reported to ACCC. Pretending to be Australian with a kangaroo logo but not operating according to Australian law. I ordered a product, they sent something different then made me pay $62 to return the product to China. It didn’t arrive so they are still refusing to refund me. What a nightmare

Shoes finally arrived after a long wait, ordered a size 12, these seem like a European 10. Apparently customers have to pay to return goods so I'm not going to bother just let everyone know this non UK company is appalling. AVOID.

Don’t go near these guys. Sent back their crappy cheap product to their Chinese warehouse/manufacturer and they then said my parcel was held up in customs due to a customs fee not paid by me and so they could not process a refund.

The worst customer service. I ordered a jumpsuit that looks nothing like the pictures. When it arrived, the halter neck part is faulty & it was stitched incorrectly & it twists rather than sitting straight. I sent them photos as requested & they have now told me that the quality appears to match their standards. That’s extremely poor quality if you ask me. I’ve contracted them asking for a full refund but they have only offered $15. They told me that I can pay to ship it back to China, but at my expense, to get a full refund.

I’ll be logging a case with consumer affairs.

I return the item with my postage expense and send back to me as they said that the custom required to pay tax , so it was sent back to me. What a waste of time and money. Very poor quality and style not I expected.

I ordered a couple of linen / cotton shirts. I was told the product was not in stock, and I should order something else instead. I said I didn't want anything else, I want my money returned. They told me they couldn't return my money. I wish I had reviewed them here first before purchasing. In my opinion, they are most definitely scammers. I don't expect to see my money returned...lesson learned. I will see what legal action can be taken, given that they are NOT in Australia...I think they are in China, although a Dutch address is also used.

Very disappointed.
Not a waterproof jacket, poor quality, not worth the money.
