They are not what I ordered cheap and nasty looking
False advertising all 3 straps are supposed to be elastic and only 1 strap is elastic and the soles are not flexible 😡

Thought I was ordering from an Aussie company, then I got confirmation of my order through a company called everstrides, ultimately all orders come from China…very deceitful advertising and poor quality goods, not orthotics as they claim, don’t hold out hope for a refund!!

I purchased 2 pairs of their Orthopedic Slip-On Shoes which they market as a brand similar to Sketchers shoes. I purchased thinking I was supporting an Australian company. Sadly shoes shipped from China and the sizing is so small they will fit my 8 year old granddaughter (I ordered size 11) and they are basically plastic crap. I emailed them immediately and didn’t hear back so put a claim through PayPal. Aussie-Wear did eventually get back to me on my personal email and offered me a 30%. Refund but through PayPal offered me a 50% refund. I accepted the 50% refund and then heard nothing back from them. I then escalated my complaint through PayPal explaining everything about the 2 different amounts they promised to refund. Today I’ve received a full refund from PayPal to which I am extremely grateful.

Very disappointed in the quality. Very poor print job, smeared print. Although this is a company in Sydney you are actually ordering to a company in China. Do not buy from them.

AUSSIE WEAR - such an unethical company- I have had no success in the processing of my claim for items I have send back to their Sydney despatch address. They demand return to China address which was not made apparent in advertising. This has been outstanding over 3 month.

I also never received my shoes I ordered. I was led to believe by the website that the store was in Sydney and was surprised when the tracking of the delivery company, iMile, said it was coming out of China. It took many weeks and we were away by then. Instead of leaving the items, iMile returned them to China. I am now trying to get a refund. I doubt that will work. I will come back and add another review if per chance they refund me!!!

A real scam. Photo shows a modern Australian store when in fact items are shipped from China no store here. When you return them because of the absolute poor quality of fabric and actual cut of the design the address is so dodgy, floor something lift something. Been several months now so don’t xpect to get money back. Emails not answered.

Reading all the negative reviews yes I was duped too. I thought I was purchasing shoes from a legit Aussie store I soon realized that it's dispatched from China it took 10 days. Fake advertising it advertised Skechers brand & orthopedic which I have 3 pairs. When the shoes arrived it's not skechers even missing orthopedic insoles, has a logo not same as skechers.

The colour isn't quite the same as shown on the website, however, they are extremely comfortable.

Absolute Scammed, legit Aussie site and 3-8 days delivery. Bullshit. Loss of money and taken for a ride.
Emails never responds and can’t get money back.
Becareful do not buy.

Much to my surprise, I have been given a 75% refund for the shoes I had purchased, leaving me only $20 out of pocket, not $80 odd!
What was displayed like a Birkenstock shoe, was in fact not even an apprentice’s first attempt!
A total botched, cheap mess!

Lies, lies & more lies - if you’re not prepared to post your dodgy purchase to a dodgy address in China (at a ridiculous cost with proof of tracking & proof it’s sent & received at the correct address - their words - what the!) you’re offered a massive refund $6 courtesy of the great scam Aussie-wear.

Orthopaedic (plastic crap) paid $59.95.

Cheap and nasty shoes, not orthopaedic, terrible material, poorly made. Kicking myself for not reading reviews. Lesson learnt.

This was the worst product I have ever received. The quality is horrible and looks nothing like the images. The customer service since has been poor and quite frankly rude. When asking for a refund the return address is in Asia even though they claim to be an Australian Sydney based brand which will cost between $30-$50 to return. Do not buy from this website.

I have reported this entity to the ACCC. It was very easy to do. I suggest EVERYONE do the same.

I for one and sick and tired of being scammed, having my very hard earned money taken from me, and to put salt in the wound, being sent cheap plastic shit that is only going to landfill for your children (I say that because I don't have any) to choke on.

It's a scam. I purchased a pair of supposed leather clogs on a half price sale, like others I thought they were in Australia. They arrived...all plastic with a thin layer of leather suede across the top. I emailed them to complain they said I had to return them to Singapore at my expense as per their Ts and Cs or they would refund a third of the cost. I asked about their refund process and next thing they paid $20 back to PayPal leaving me $44 out of pocket and a cheap and nasty pair of shoes that will go to the op shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
