I am very impressed with Ausstech's customer service and the help they have given me setting up my bike and allowing me to obtain it. They have been very quick, friendly, and professional with all queries. I have had one of their eBikes for a year now, and given the low price of it, it has exceeded my expectation. All products on the bike are quality and affordable too. It is very well built, strong, durable, reliable, and efficient, and it has served my local travel needs adequately. An added bonus is the locked encased battery enclosure inside the bike, making it not only protected from the elements, but far harder to steal. Also, I love the fact that my particular model is a mountain bike as well as a road bike. It is easily customisable and easy to setup. It also looks damn cool and is extremely easy to transport between places if necessary, due to the folding mechanism. Couldn't recommend an eBike better in regards to value for money!

I’ve had the beach rider 20 for about a week now and have ridden 110kms. I got this to go to work instead of driving the 12km round trip. I wish I had of got one sooner. It’s so much fun. I’ve ridden on the road, bike path, sandy/gravel tracks and on the beach and it goes great on them all. The fat tyres make it feel real sturdy. I barely use up 1 bar of battery power for the round trip to work using a combination of all 5PAS. Great customer service from Jack has made purchasing a breeze postage was fast and the bike was well packaged and basically all you had to do was unfold it. It only took about 3 hours to fully charge it straight out of the box. Totally happy with my first ebike nicknamed “the beast” And have had loads of people comment on it already. Well done Ausstech

Purchased Cruiser 26 Fat Wheel bike..What a beast this bike is..Completely street legal and does the job perfectly enabling a good workout as well as back up power..Easy to assemble but the Front Rack/Guard/Light took a bit of figuring out as no diagram to see..Company was easy to deal with and delivery to rural SA in under a week.🚲🚲🚲

Some List of Assembly order would have been helpful.
eg What way the arm on the front forks go. This also affects the disc brake cable routing.
The additional mud guards have limp attachment bases on front support arm .
I installed the light/horn upside down, I will fix this.
Thin spanners are required for peddles.
Still trying to work out how to fit the carrier, apparently goes at rear.
Some explanation of the controls would help.
PAS 1-4, Walk mode etc
Otherwise you should be pushing the best chain/bracelet Lock available for security.
I will be adding a ding bell as people expect a bell sound from a bicycle.
Would be worth checking each states legislation.

Excellent service. Love the bike. I would only suggest your manual have some pictures to help with the assembly, particularly the parcel carrier. It would make things a bit easier.
